Booked via Expedia for the Italian Grand Prix. Didn't look at the location in too much detail but when we got there found it was 200 yds from the Central station. Ideal for the bus from the airport and then convenient for the trip to Monza. Rooms were small but adequate buffet breakfast was OK. Staff were very helpful we... More

I like this hotel very much if the room rate is set under Euro 150. Very conveniently located, just a couple of minutes walk from Central station of Milan. It is better to avoid tiny single room otherwise room is reasonably specious and well equipped and clean. Staff are not extremely helpful, say reasonably helpful, kind of typcal Italian style.... I was expecting a train-station type pensione, i.e, very basic. Instead, while it may not be the four-star hotel that it claims to be, it was, nevertheless, very good. The Gran Prix of Monza was being held that weekend, making it very difficult to find a room anywhere in Milano. We were happy to have found this hotel, albeit at... More

This hotel is just two minutes south of the main train station, easily identified by large illuminated sign. Hotel is old but pretty good. Rooms adequate, bed a bit crappy , safe didn't work. Plumbing was ridiculously noisy. Good staff very helpful.bathroom small but adequate. Breakfast included and was reasonable. Lots of good resteraunts close by. Would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel one night in September. This is a lovely hotel, well decorated. Bathroom very nice with jacuzzi tub. The location was perfect, easy to find when you step out of the train station. The bus to the airport is across the street, as well as the metro. We found getting around in Milan very easy from... This hotel is located across the street on the south exit of Milano Centrale. It is particularly easy to get to if you're arriving from Malpensa, Linate, or Bergamo by bus. The metro station entrance is also below the train station. The station has cleaned up quite a bit after many years of rennovation. There are still work being done... More

The Bristaol offers good accommodation close to the central railway station where you can hop on the underground and be in the city centre, or anywhere else, in a few minutes. The Hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel offers free wifi. The beds were comfortable and the room had a separate, if tiny, sitting area.

Hotel is just directly opposite the Central train station where the airport shuttle drop off point is. It's easily located with huge hotel signage. Room size is decent with generous bathroom size. Buffet breakfast offers good spread. Very good value. Will definitely return when I next visit Milan.

The hotel is located directly across from the bus stop for the Airport Shuttle.Super convenient. Breakfast buffet was generous and very good range. The room was a little small (barely enough space to lay out the luggage and you can't walk around the room if your luggage is open out). The bathroom was pretty big and very newly renovated. Good... I booked this hotel for a three night stay because of its central position, literally 2 minutes walk from Stazione Centrale, the Metro and about 5 minutes from the No 1 tram line. (No 1 tram takes you loads of places you might want to go in Milan: Piazza della Repubblica; Brera; Duomo; La Scala; Cordusio; Cairoli; Parco Sempione and... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
