Great location and located very close to public transportation. Breakfast is top of the line. A lot to offer and they had a good system for social distancing. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Good size room and very clean. Cute little hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
My family and I stayed at Lancaster for three days and were pleasantly surprised! When we arrived we were greated by the kind and very helpful hotel manager, he gave us tips on where to eat and what to do in Milan, which we really appreciated. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was very well executed. The staff was very nice in general, overall it was a great experience! In addition to this the hotel took COVID-19 restrictions seriously and everything was very hygenic and well-managed, definitely a big plus in our book! To conclude I would say that the hotel is an excellent choice for a city-holliday in Milan, and its central location definitely helps. Thank you for a nice stay!

Elegantly appointed rooms, situated in a classically beautiful neighborhood of central Milan, easy walking distance to the major sights - Milan Cathedral, Sforza Fortress and museums, and more. Beautifully appointed breakfast. But for me this was the key element — small enough (30 rooms) for the owner and staff to get to know you personally, and provide tailored assistance when you need it. I left the hotel for Milan’s international airport at 6:00 am on a Saturday morning. The desk OFFERED, without being asked, to provide cappuccino and chocolate croissant before I left at 5:45am. This was not a pro forma touch. It was the genuinely personal touch that I experienced throughout the five days of my stay. I have spent more time living and working overseas in my life than living and working in the United States. This hotel is a keeper.

Everything went great from check-in to check-out and beyond. The staff was helpful to store our baggages before check-in time as well. Rooms are on the small side but the beds are comfortable and the AC works well. The room was clean except for a bug and a spider chasing each other on the ceiling for 3 days. Unfortunately due to Covid you have to point out breakfast time within a half hour period making lazy mornings almost impossible. Also, going to the buffet one by one really slows down your morning feast. The staff payed attention to social distancing throughout the breakfasts and everything was tasty and fresh, with multiple sweet and savory choices.
