We picked the Lancaster based on other TA reviews, and were not disappointed, staying for our last night in Italy. They were very helpful as we had 2 rooms reserved and had an error on one of the rooms reservation dates - they got us fixed straightaway and were extremely helpful with directions, recommendation for eating, and arranging transportation to...

The room is very spacious, light and modern with a bathroom as big as the rest of the room. The double bed is actually a double bed and not 2 single beds moved together which is not very often. The room had a very nice balcony and as it's located on a quite street we always had the balcony door...

We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing and spent ages on the internet helping us when our car hire was closed!! It is a bit of a walk to the centre of town about 25mins but we didn't mind because it was a gorgeous walk through a big park! Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was plentiful!!

We took the underground from Central to Cadorna and walked the rest of the way. It wasn't too far and gave us a chance to look around on the way. The weather was very warm and sunny. The hotel reception was friendly and we took the lift to our room. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a decent...

We stayed at the Lancaster Hotel based on the reviews from TripAdvisor. Travel between the hotel and the city center by train was a little difficult since the station is a solid 15-minute walk from the hotel, so travel by streetcar was preferable. We got around everywhere by streetcar and it was a lot of fun, just make sure you...

The staff were very helpful and friendly here. It was within walking distance of the main area for people who like to walk, but was not very central if you have difficulty walking. The walk to Il Duomo was throuhg a lovely park and through a castle (scenic route) or there was a less scenic other way. The train station...

The hotel staff were very polite, breakfast buffet was very good, chef and servers were very attentive to your needs. A high end hotel with excellent service, courteous staff. The only disadvantage is the hotel location is a 10 minutes walk from a subway station.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was really impressed with it. It is very close to Cadrona station (handy as a metro station and as the station to get to Malpensa from) as well as trams. It is in a great location close to Parco Sempione, which has some worthwhile attractions in it in itself (Castello Sforzesco, the Triennale,...

Booked a single room - although it had a double bed in the room, the bathroom was so cramped I had to back in to get to the toilet wedged between the shower and the sink, and then sit on an angle as my knees couldn't fit (and I am not that tall). Otherwise the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms...

We just got back from our trip in Italy and stayed for our last 2 nights at Hotel Lancaster, on recommendations in Trip Advisor. The Hotel was just as people recommended - it is in great location near Sempioni Park, with the tram handy to downtown Milan and to Cardona station (to go to Airport). Room was small, but comfy...
