My husband and I stayed one night (wish it was more) and it was wonderful! Very kind staff, clean, and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. Not to mention it is in the perfect location for walking and seeing the city.
The location is awesome, right in the middle of the Milano shopping area. The staff friendly and responsive. The rooms are cosy, clean and well equiped. It is a pleasure to stay here. Just dont ask them to take care of sending any parcels.
We enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel Manzoni very much. It is conveniently located for sightseeing and shopping in Milan. We had a junior suite which was spotless and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant which was down the street was delicious and very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Milan. The only thing we didn't like was the 23 euro per person cost for breakfast. We feel that for the amount you pay to stay here, at the very least a continental breakfast should be included.
I didn't realize how prestigious this area of Milan was; this is a very high class hotel in one of the best locations in Milan. The cost was relatively affordable considering it is a very nice four star hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms extremely nice (on par with 5 star hotels), sleep quality and wifi quality VERY high. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Small boutique hotel on a quiet street in the midst of the fashion district. Excellent staff and great breakfast. We walked everywhere a tourist might want to go. They reserved for dinner for us at 3 lovely restaurants and we were treated very well at each. This hotel is a real jewel.
Room, service and location absolutely magnifico! Our balcony facing very quiet street in fashion center of the city. Our room perfectly clean and beautiful and smelled so good! I will never stay anywhere else when we return to Milano. Staff very accommodating and helpful.
We usually stay at hotels within AMEX fine hotels and resorts so we can splurge by using accumulated points. Last week, we had a two night stay in Milan and unbeknownst to us, it was also Fashion Week. The Four Seasons was fully booked. I literally mapped the Four Seasons and looked for a hotel near by, assuming that the area would be nice. I stumbled upon the Hotel Manzoni. What a treasure! It was a stone’s throw away from the Four Seasons and was immaculate in every way. The service was superb, the workmanship (most beautifully maintained marble ever!!) and attention to detail was truly 5 star. A small, 47 rooms, luxury boutique hotel that will definitely be my hotel of choice while in Milan- even if the AMEX hotels have vacancies. It is located within a minutes walk to best shopping, restaurants and a few minutes walk to Duomo. Truly a treasure!…
We stayed here at the end of a 2 week vacation in Italy. This was by far the nicest of all of the hotels we stayed in. Its location in the fashion district is hard to beat, an easy walk to the tourist attractions but away from the noisy crowds. The room was small but extremely nice and comfortable, and on a very hot day, the air conditioner worked really well. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Milan.
A well presented Hotel with spacious well appointed rooms. Bottled water was provided in the room and replaced daily. Breakfasts were good quality with a wide range of prepared to order foods and drinks, such as eggs, bacon, fresh juices etc. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is excellent with easy access to all of the main sites such as The Duomo, Teatre all Scala etc.
Very good hotel only 5 mins walk from Metro Monte Napoleone and close to lots of posh shops (should you care). We got a larger room with a balcony, which was quite well equipped and had good lighting. But the plumbing was poor: weak lavatory flush, non-functioning basin waste. The breakfasts were good. I expect we'll come here again next time we want to stay in central Milan.
