Started as business visit but had also planned to stay on with the family. All of us love it. Friendly staff, the most incredible breakfast and great Milan location (2km south west of centre). Has small, but for Italy, adequate fitness area (4 machines but lots of free weights) & sauna area.

I stayed in this hotel from 30 Sept until 2 Oct 2016 with a friend, shopping weekend in Milan. Great location in hip neighbourhood Navigli. Lots of bars and restaurants and enough to do in the evening. Nice along the canals. Service in the hotels was good and rooms were clean and spacious enough. I would recommend this hotel for...

I took my mum here for Easter. I can boast about the location. It is indeed fantastic. You're so close to the metro which is fantastic if you want to plan some day trips. Also, you will never feel there's no where to eat- Navigli has so many bars, restaurants, etc. The hotel itself is very clean! Breakfast buffet is...

What a nice place to stay near the canal. Great staff and a great place with the best breakfast included a 4 star modern business hotel with a great back area as well as a fitness room and roof garden. Very artsy of course.

Excellent situated, a very quiet hotel in the very noisy Navigli area, right around the corner from the canal. Full breakfast with everything you can dream of. Nicely decorated. Would definitely return. Cool bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

This is a good hotel in Navigli which is of course the area in Milan that is buzzing in the evenings with tourists and locals drinking and dining on the terraces and outdoor eateries upon the old canal. I was here during design week and I enjoyed the proximity to some of my favorite eateries in Milan. The wifi was...

I had doubts about this place but it exceeded my expectations. In the up and coming navigli district it's close to so many restaurants and only took 30 minutes to walk to Duomo. Trams and trains are close and the breakfast is outstanding and the staff are great. 630pm nibbles every night was a real treat and free!

This exquisite hotel is located in a beautiful part of Milan, within an easy walk to one of the canals designed by Leonardo da Vinci to transport the marble from the quarries to sheathe the magnificent Duomo (Cathedral). The staff is efficient, friendly, helpful, rooms are large with a desk, chairs for sitting, very good lighting, and views of pleasant...

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
