we stayed for two nights in the beginning of september 2016. positive: - nice and quiet area - short walking distance to metro/ tram - little park in front of the hotel - really nice and helpful stuff! negative: - more than 200€/night for a street level room is too expensive - poor breakfast - average comfort level

In terms of quality Aspromonte is prpbably closer to a 3 rating than a 4 but for around £32 per night plus city tax (4 euros per night) it was very good value - I have stayed in worse places around Europe for more than double that rate. Room was comfortable and included a safe which I always appreciate. The... More

Clean and very small rooms but ok for a few days. Kind and professionel english-speaking people in the reception. Only italian tv channels but efficiant wifi. Highly recommended and a fair price in a quiet but central area in Milan.

We were really lucky to find the Aspromonte for a recent city break in Milan.............. finding a decent budget hotel is easier said than done. It's a lovely little 3 star hotel which overlooks a leafy park in a quiet residential area. A short 5 minute walk from the Loreto metro station and the Via Buenos Aires into the centre.... More

Long weekend stay in this marvelous 3 star hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. It's a small hotel. Clean rooms, good beds. Park in front of the hotel. Near the centrum of Milaan, easy by metro and bus. The price is more then worth!

It is within walking distance of the Loreto metro. Good breakfast with a decent selection of foods. Clean room, with tv, free wifi, hairdryer, mini fridge which I used to store drinks, etc. Friendly staff who spoke good English. I would recommend this hotel if you want somewhere cheap and in a convenient location. One point to watch out for... More

Finding an hotel in Milan at a reasonable price is not always easy, particularly if you have chosen the Champions League final week-end to visit Milan. Hotel Aspromonte will offer all the basics for a good rate. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, thick walls guarantee you a good night and the wifi is free and quite fast.... More

Right beside nice and quiet park also called Aspromonte (which is great for a picnic). The room itself was very clean and fairly spacious, seemed a bit like a large converted dorm room. Friendly concierge, good wifi. 20 minute walk from Milano Centrale and 30 minutes walk from town centre. There is NO ELEVATOR so beware of taking large suitcases... More

Good located in Loreto 8 mins by train to the centre Duomo (20-25 mins nice walk). Nice staff and cossy room. Breakfast is 5€ but don't expect too much... (All you can eat croassans and a few more bits and bobs and all you can drink of a nice italian coffee). Very clean although one lighbulb not working but we... More

We stayed here, frankly, only because it was the cheapest option within walking distance of the train station. But we'll definitely go back, because the room-plus-breakfast was well worth the price and the entire staff consistently went out of their way to help us. For example, before we even had time to ask for help, they volunteered to carry our... More
