the location which is a local neighbourhood is good with lots of restaurants and bars around. the room is large and comfortable. the owner is kind. It's a good value for this price. On the other hand the breakfast is very simple, but it's not a problem.

It's a small hotel. All rooms are on same floor. The room I stayed is simple. No kettle, no coffee machine, not even a cup. Toilet is not bad, but shower room is small. Sound insulation is not good, I cam hear toilet flush, TV, etc from next door. Fortunately my neighbors were quiet. But I had good price for... More

This hotel is well located close to the metro and tram. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has only two floors, but the kind man at the front desk helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The breakfast is adequate.

This is a small family-run hotel in a nice residential area. It is conveniently close to Porta Romana metro and the Porta Romana mainline station. 20 minutes by metro from the central station. My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and simply but functionally furnished and of a decent size. Comfortable bed, quiet room, no extraneous light from door, no... More

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times on short business trips and it's fully satisfactory if you don't look for amenities but just a basic, totally decent place to stay for a very reasonable price. The rooms are small but not minuscule, and they're very clean. Breakfast is ok, more solid on the sweet side. Good, free wi-fi.... More

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for 3 days and I highly recommend it! Although its location isn't central, it's close to tram and metro stations. There are also pubs, restaurants, little stores and the church nearby. The service was very kind and helpful ;)

We planned a weekend trip to Milan and have booked 1 night in the hotel and 1 night in the hotel close to the airport because of early departure. Unfortunately because of ATC strike our trip was cancelled. I have reached out to the Booking.com. They were very nice and contacted both hotels right away to ask to cancel the... More

Basic, clean hotel close to UNI buildings and good for public transport to the city tourist and business areas. Only serves breakfast in small bar area which was basic and only just adequate. Plus points are my room was clean and the WiFi worked well. The TV also has a facility for switching language to English for some channels if... More

My rating is not about the hotel itself (the property is okayish), bur rather because of the way the handle the messed they created. We booked a double room for two nights DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE (no Booking, Hotels, etc.) When we got there, they couldn't find the reservation and basically told us they had already given away all of... Stayed at the Piacenza on a business trip, my single room was comfortable (although the mattress was too soft for me) and clean. Some paint flakes around the window, which had good sound insulation as it was looking on the street. No noise, small LCD TV and free wi fi. Close to the underground station. Breakfast was fine and staff... More
