It has a great location, most facilities are found, the breakfast is fantastic, you can find different kind of restaurants around and many places you can go by foot without hiring a car or ask any help , in addition to that the hotel can provide you by many leaflet about the most important and tourism places.

Worst customer service EVER! A strike by the railroads made it impossible for me to get to Milan. Although i called the hotel with 24 hour notice, they still charged me almost the complete cost of the room. Meanwhile, the booking.com site still keeps saying others are looking at it. I understand the strike is not their fault, but not... More

Hotel Terminal is a nice & comfortable place to stay. Its proximity to the Milan central railway station is a big advantage being just 10 minutes away. The room was contemporary and clean. The size though was a bit small. Free wi fi was an added advantage and worked to my satisfaction. On the whole good value for money.

I been here twice already for business trips and spent a few nights each time. The hotel itself is nice and decent for what it is. Is a good 3 star hotel, with clean rooms, operational lifts and aircon and average "Italian Style" breakfast. Don't expect too much, consider you are booking in a cheap 3 star hotel and for... More

Very close to the station, the Internet worked well, clean, the bed and pillows were very hard! We found a dead cocroach when taking a blanket from a wardrobe;/ the room was tidied up daily, fresh towels and toiletries daily. There's air conditioning (fan) and it was working fine, not very powerful and it takes time for the room to... More

Stayed at Hotel Terminal a few weeks ago and was not impressed with my stay. Firstly, the hotel is in an unsafe area, especially if walking back at night, and the inside of the hotel didn't feel secure at all. There was only one receptionist there at any time and there didn't seem to be any other staff about to... More

He got a great price of 40€ when we booked last minute. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgable about the city. The rooms were all clean and very comfy! The hotel was close to the main train station and was still very quiet. The view wasn't great but I didn't expect it to be for €40. Overall I've... More

I think this hotel justifies its 3 star. The staff are very polite and attentive. Only negative - the some rooms have disadvantages, such as a broken door. But the overall impression is good, clean and the price justifies the quality.

We have been in hotel terminal for just one night. The reception is a litlle strange and dark. The room was ok, breakfast were too expensive so we decided to eat outside. The main advantage is the location near the central station, 5 minute walk.

Staying in Bicocca

Neighbourhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
