Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms and very good breakfast. The location is very convenient - a lot of shops and restaurants near Corso Buenos Aires and Milano Centrale is less than 10 minutes on foot.

No hairdryer in room, to tell you the truth i also stayed in Hotel New York in Milan a couple of weeks later and it was a better hotel to stay in for around the same price and across from Central station, no hairdryer either but i reckon if you asked at reception they would find you one, also there is a hair salon downstairs that i went to and they were really good and reasonably priced so i would go there for a blow dry I did....
