The hostel is located in a quite district and not far away from Sempione park. People are friendly the service is not bad but the breakfast is poor : only one croissant and a cup of coffee. You coulden`t get more or order.

We had a private room for 4. It was like a hotel! Super clean, hot water, big bathroom, fridge... Exactly as we saw in the pictures. Everything was perfect except thr location, a bit far away. It was about 12€ to the station by taxi. Would definitely come back!!!!

We booked a double room and it did not have towels. When staying at a dorm, I can fully understand that but when booking a double room for more than 100eur/night, it is unexpected and unacceptable. 5eur charge for a towel, if you wanted to rent one. If you want a hostel, you're better off going closer to town, to...

Friendly staff and hostel located 5 mins from the metro station which gets to the centre of milan in about 20mins. We had a 'four bed' room which was actually two double beds, as girls we were fine with this but we met a group of boys who were not happy. Room was large and clean with a lovely ensuite...

This is in the middle of a very dodgy area and it's impossible to find no signs or anything. Drug addicts were outside the hostel and come in to beg as you sit in the lobby. Not safe nor clean. Used needles outside to the right and you can see homeless people from you're window on the train tracks as...

We stayed in the New Moon Hostel with a group of 16 people. The Hostel was clean. The downside was a really bad public transport infrastructure as well as the very unfriendly staff. Moreover the booking was only possible for max 3 people/room. But there have only been 2 beds in each room. In addition it is really noisy during...

if you are a under budget traveler, looking for a place only for sleeping it's a great choice ! Great tram connection with Duomo ( number 14) and there will be a metro station soon (may/june 2015 for Expo). Nice atmosphere, clean rooms, nothing else to add.

The receptionist is very friendly, even helped me with information about places in Milan. Under 30, no city tax is required. We were provided with pillow and blanket each, which will be given after check-in. (Please ask them for these). The toilet, the heater inside the room function well. You have to pay 5 euro to rent the towel. Bring your...
