We had a good break staying here, the room was clean and we asked in advance for a kettle and on arrival we found this in our room with coffee and tea. We later asked for milk and the hotel provided this too.
Here on a 4 day break, whilst the hotel was clean, centrally located and the room rather large the customer service on reception let it down, for the price however you can't go wrong due to the quality of the rooms and its location.
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights after my business in Milano was done and I enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old but well kept, the rooms are spacious, clean and the bathroom is very well lit (a big thing for me...More
Stayed here with my husband and our 2 children. From the pictures it looked like the family rooms were modern and well kept. We were on a short 2 night stay in Milan. On arrival we were told we had an upgrade to an apartment....More
My number one complaint is that the air conditioner did not work. The staff was not friendly and I felt unwelcomed. The location is okay, about a 30 minute walk to the square. The breakfast was overpricedbut okay.

We took the Malpensa Shuttle Bus outside of Terminal 2. It drops you off at the train station in Milan. From there the metro is one block away and we bought a 3 day metro pass inside the metro station at a tobacco shop to avoid the long queue at the ticket machines. If I recall the price of the Shuttle Bus ticket was 10€ one way and 16€ for a round trip ticket back to the airport. From the Metro Station it's just a short ride on the "3" line to Crocetta station, very near the hotel. But with five people it may pay to invest in a taxi van to take you right to the hotel, as Jimbo 1909 says.
