celebrate my wife's birthday. stayed in the hotel for three nights. we received a room upgrade on the 9th floor, a spacious room with a standing shower and huge bath. the mattress is comfortable. the breakfast selection is amazing. the spa is very good, with two types of sauna. 2 min a walk from the hotel tram station which will take you to the city center. I would like to thank the reception staff Raffaele, Clara, Francesca, Tiziana, and the rest of the staff unfortunately I do not remember their names.
The place is perfect for a weekend stay in milan. 30mins by Tram your in the city and 5mins walk from the hotel to the tram station. We’ve stay here for 2nights all the staff are friendly from the reception to the breakfast staff. Room are so spacious and clean.
Had an amazing stay at this hotel last week. Had to mention Tiziana*(I'm so sorry if that's not how you spell) . Everyone in front office were extremely helpful and friendly! Did not catch the name of the older gentleman working breakfast shift in restaurant but he was always in a positive mood as well. Got upgraded to junior suite for our stay, thank you for that it was really nice. Room big and clean, served every day. Food for breakfast was wide enough selection (the only criticism would be that sausages and potato's were extremely dry every morning) Thank you for amazing stay, would highly recommend this hotel !
First of all, the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Our room was a good size, as was the balcony. Public transport connections are good- although the tram network is very slow- something to consider when making plans. Two slight disapointments stopped this being a 5* review: 1) We stayed at the hotel at the same time as the AC Milan Womans football team. They had a seperate section of the restaurant at breakfast and had a far superior fruit selection (berries ect)- whilst they are professional atheletes I did feel like a second class customer. For 20 euro- all paying guests should get berries. 2) The receptionist was reluctant to let us use the lesiure facilities in the few hours after we checked out. Whilst we were granted access- it was made to feel like a favour. In my experience, it is never normally an issue to continue using the gym / pool on the day you check out. It was very quiet too- so should not have been an issue at all.…
Good hotel. Vety proactive young team. Good and friendy team in the restaurant. The hotel is close yo commerces and well served by public transports. Can't become Radisson Blu fidelity programme membre
The stay at Radisson blu was my second one and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. The Staff and especially Clara were very friendly and nice and make my stay easier. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Thanks very much.
From the moment we were greeted at reception we felt welcome, especially since we arrived with 2 dogs. The staff at the restaurant was top-notch for dinner and breakfast, always helpful and kind. I believe our dogs Luna and Loki adopted the staff as family. A big thank you to housekeeping. We have both worked in this field so we know exactly how much extra work our dogs provided. We are truly grateful for our experience with the entire staff. It was, without a doubt, our best EVER hotel experience.
This Radisson Hotel was the perfect solution for visiting Milan by car. Since we had an online booked parking slot in a park house in the center of Milano - the transfer to the hotel was easy. The staff was VERY friendly and cooperating. The brunch-buffet is great, the room spacy and clean. The parking rate @ the hotel was fair - what do you want more? Thank you
Receptionist upgraded our room upon checking in the evening. Once we got to the room, the housekeeper knocked to see if we needed anything. Then later the security staff immediately replaced the tv remote in our room. The only negative thing was the quality of the food in the buffet which was not that fresh such as the melon I ate then I saw another guest sneezing in front of the food. It may be better to eat the à la carte breakfast next time.
Room is nice and that is the only thing that is good in this hotel. You don’t have toilet brush. Rude staff. Unorganized, check in/out waiting time 40+ minutes. They tried to take from us “deposit” which is 50€, which we never heard in any hotel, and we’ve been in way better hotels than this one. The moment we said that we don’t want to pay the deposit they just got quiet and had nothing to say. Never visiting this place again, NEVER
