They didnt accept reservation by ClickTravel, very poor customer service management and weren’t ready to find a way of resolving it fast. I had to call the booking agency, asked them to resend the booking etc, all that is supposed to be done by hotel. Very very poor

Don’t book at this hotel. My reservation was canceled by accident. The hotel would not honor my reservation. I spoke to the front desk at the hotel several times and received no assistance. Terrible customer service. I fly to Milan a lot on business and never had an issue until now. I would like to see management at this hotel step up and rectify the situation.

no refund under lockdown, don't book this. look at the other reviews that say the same thing. I contacted them and they said they never received the money. this business is totally dishonest and not worth your money.

I really wanted to like this place but will not be recommending this hotel to my followers or clients. I arrived early and was able to check in but was told the room won’t be ready until 2 and to come back to get the keys. When I go back to get the keys, I was told about the daily tax (which I knew About) and a $50 holding fee. Knowing this is normal when checking into hotels, I had No problem with the $50 hold. That was until a lady whom I just met told me not to let them charge for the hold. She said the couple who checked in before me was told that there is no holding fee. When I asked the clerk what is the standard procedure for the hold, she simply said she’ll waive it. When I asked Why was I initially being charged and the previous guests weren’t, she said don’t worry about it because she will not charge it anymore. I said thank you, I understand that but I’d like to know how this usually works, so that I can Share this process with my travel community & clients but no solid explanation was provided other than to not worry about it. I understand that they have a right to charge for the hold, but it would have been nice to know what was the standard for one guest being charged vs others, so that I can share this information with my followers and clients when recommending hotels in Milan. This was very disappointing and I would not recommend staying here.

We booked a non cancelation no refund room. But since Italy is now on lockdown, the hotel won't refund our payment. If Italy is not under lockdown, I would understand the hotel not refunding it. But under this circumstances, they should reconsider our refund.
