We had the good fortune to stay in this hotel this last weekend.
Our room was booked by my daughter in law who fly in from Stockholm with my son and grandson and it was decided that we would join them from southern Italy.
Having read some of the reviews on booking.com we were not sure what to expect, However I was very pleasantly surprised.
The room was spacious had a large screen TV, offered a Nespresso coffee machine with two coffee capsules as well a tea and sugar which if used were renewed daily. There was also a mini fridge offering various beverages. The room also had central heating which could with a just a touch of a finger be set to the preferred comfort. Room service was also offered which could be ordered by the phone in the room. The room as well as the bathroom were very clean. In the bathroom there were all the toiletries that one might require, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner body lotion etc..The towels were changed daily.
The buffet breakfast was a treat offering everything from cooked or continental food as well as a huge selection of literally everything else one might desire. The lady that welcomed us into the breakfast room would make anyone’s day start well with such a smile and soon settled us to a table and advised us where we could find everything and took our orders for coffee and tea and she and her staff looked after us very well.
We also stopped by the cocktail lounge to have a drink before going out to eat in the evening. Again we were well welcomed and enjoyed the service the excellent staff offered us.
We found that all of the staff from the Reception to the maid service were there always ready to help or be of any assistance that we might need.
The Milan “ Duomo “ was a short walk away.
We would most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Milan. You can be sure of a warm welcome, excellent service and a comfortable stay. We most certainly will stay there on our next visit to Milan.

Very good convenient location in the city.
The hotel is kept clean and the COVID measures are carefully considered.

The breakfast was very good, sufficient variety of food and soft drinks. We also noticed that the waitress was carefully cleaning each glass.

Room was nice and the complementary water is always appreciated.

There are many things to like about this hotel. I’ll start with the location - close to everything, about 1km from the Domo.
We reserved the family room which was two rooms with a shared main door. It was perfect for us. Large safe and mini bar in the room.

Hotel is very accessibility friendly, with a lift for handicaps and accessible rooms available.

Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety but very good quality.

All the staff we talked to were very kind and informative.

Valet parking is available for a cost of 25€ a night.

extremly noisy location, though the windows look quite new, they are insufficient. room size ok and renovated, but the shower with broken sliding doors is filthy and the doorframe alredy rotten. even for modest italian standards the breakfast is simply lousy: no fresh bread, chemical juices, watery „tetra pak“ scrambled eggs….hotels‘ location is ok, 15 minutes walk from duomo. completly overpriced, at 350.- euros per night a rip off

We didn’t get off to the best start, when it turned out my double room was only booked for one, so I had to pay another €45/night for my wife. Despite requests to supply it, the additional charge didn’t result in a second robe being added. Hmmm. The room itself was nice, with good design features, but for a room described as exclusive it was modest in size, no separate chair and most annoyingly very few of the TV channels listed were actually available. On the plus side the shower was great and the bed comfortable.
The bar/ breakfast area was nice and generally quite buzzy. The options on the breakfast were good, although I wish it was more obvious you could order omelette, which we only discovered on our last day.
The hotel is about a brisk 15 minute walk from the Duomo. There is a metro station 5 minutes away and a tram line very close. There are restaurants nearby, but most likely you will want to take a taxi into a more lively bit of the city.

A good hotel of a good standard, well-kept and a good breakfast is served. The location of the hotel is good easy to get to and from the central parts of Milan only 15 minutes walk, Linate airport easy distance with e.g. Taxi for a few Euros (Uber about 25).
What is negative is that the door to the rooms is extremely poorly insulated and responsive, so we looked several times at the beginning to see if it was closed. In addition, something that never happened before was experienced, booked through Hotels.com with payment on the spot (the reservation was guaranteed with a bank card), a few days before arrival the hotel tries to charge the stay to the specified payment card and fails. The hotel doesn't get in touch but just cancels our room! Have used Hotels.com for about 15 years hundreds of bookings and this has never happened before.

New hotel in a commercial area
Welcoming reception and quick check-in (score 7)
Pleasant, modern and functional room (score 7). Mine was small but comfortable
Queen size bed, quite comfortable (6.5 rating).
Slippers present, bathrobe missing. There are no trouser hangers in the wardrobe (which has a size suitable for a maximum of 2 nights' stay).
Good breakfast included (score 7) quite varied.
I also had dinner at the restaurant (6.5 rating), a valid solution if you don't feel like going out. €53 for a second course, a glass of bubbles, water and fruit, a fair price for a hotel.
In general a good solution if you travel for business.
It would be 4 dots if the cost of the room did not exceed €200.
Instead they are €380 for one night in a single room, value for money rated 4.5, even if in Milan the prices are now prohibitive

Although the hotel looks nice from the outside, the rooms are NOT. The location is good with walkable restaurants around. Our first room had a shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor…not acceptable for six nights. We immediately changed rooms which was better. The restaurant was under some kind of renovation our first night and only had a Club Sandwich on the menu, very disappointing since it was my birthday night. Most of the front desk staff was nice and helpful but after finding out my husband was ill, we were treated differently. There is more to say but not really the place to say it. If you want a good location stay here, if you are looking for luxury DONT.

The welcome at the hotel was warm and friendly, the room, although small, was essential and well furnished with design objects. However, the bathroom was very small and the shower quite uncomfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of sweet and savory dishes, carefully presented. In summary, an overall pleasant experience.

We visited Bianca Maria Palace Hotel last July (2020) for 4 days and it turned out te be an excellent choice. The room was spacious enough, the bed was way above average and the bathroom had a great rain shower. The breakfast was extensive and the cappuccino was the best I ever tasted in a hotel! The hotel is situated just outside the city centre, but a 10 - 15 minutes stroll will get you to the duomo. The best thing though was the staff. Never did we experience such a nice bunch of people, all trying to accommodate us in every way possible!! When back in Milan, we will for sure visit this hotel again. Grazie mille!

hi don't know about drinks outside as it was freezing when we were there (and to be honest we bought wine from the supermarket and drank in the room - cheaper!) I would say 10 minutes to the main square with the Duomo, you can get the hop on hop off bus from here, the opposite side of the square to the Duomo. we did all 4 routes of the bus they were good, and we like it because you get the commentary, but the trams were also excellent and cheap

Dear Edith, thank you for contacting our Hotel. We do not have a free service to/from the airports but we could organize a limousine service at the same price than a regular taxi (95 euro max 3 people with regular luggage). If you would like to make the reservation, please contact us at with all the details of your flight. With kindest regards. Fabrizio Tagliasacchi

Anyone tell me easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport please metro train etc Thanks Andy
Milan, Italy1 helpful vote
Dear Andy, around the city of Milano there are three airports...Linate (LIN) is 15 minutes by taxi or by the bus nr. 73, Malpensa (MXP) is 45 minutes from Milano. You can reach the Hotel by bus service to Central Station and then the tram nr. 9 to the Hotel, by taxy (aprox. 100 Euro), by train to Cadorna Station and then the tram 19 to the Hotel. From Bergamo Orio Al Serio there is a bus service to Central Station and then the nr. 9 to the Hotel. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards. Fabrizio Tagliasacchi
Milan, Italy1 helpful vote
Dear Katryn, there are different ways: 1) public taxi: the fixed rate is 95 euro for a regular car; 2) private transfer: same rate (95 euro) and in this case we can organize it for you; 3) bus to central station: there is a shuttle service to the Central Station and from there you can catch the tram line 9 until Viale Premuda stop (the Hotel is behind the corner); 4) train to Cadorna Station or Central Station: From Cadorna the stram line 19 to the Piazza 5 Giornate stop and the 2 minutes walking you can find the Hotel; From Central Station the tramway line 9 as above. For further information do not hesitate to contact us. See you soon in Milano, see you soon at the Bianca Maria Palace. With kindest regards. Fabrizio Tagliasacchi
