This hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. We loved having the space and room to hang and store our clothing. We had a small kitchen which we didn't use, but it would have been great for a longer stay. Bedlinen quality was excellent and the beds and pillows very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Duomo Hotel and Apartments.

From the moment I made my booking until checkout all staff were extremely helpful and professional. I always got a quick reply to my queries and nothing was too much trouble. I received an email before arriving to check in online which was efficient and upon arrival we encountered a lovely receptionist who checked us in very quickly as I had all necessary information completed online before arriving.. We were on the 3rd floor.. Our room was bright and very clean and well decorated.. it had a hidden kitchenette with hob, sink and microwave. There was also a fridge with small freezer compartment.. The fridge doubled as the mini bar also and was well stocked.and reasonably priced.. There was a large double bed and the shower toilet was separate to the wash sink which is very convenient.. there was lots of shelving and hanging space a table and chairs and a large tv. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it.. The location couldn’t be better.. This premises does not have a bar or restaurant but this is not an issue. There is a lovely cafe/bakery right next door.. Shops, restaurants, cafes, trams, metro all within 5 mins walk. We traveled through Bergamo airport and the bus is right outside arrivals. It cost €12 to the Central station in Milan and took around 40mins.. There a lots of taxis available when you arrive.. When we were leaving we got a taxi back to Central station and then hopped on the bus to Bergamo.. A lovely few days in a beautiful city.. No hassle, very easy to get around and access different parts of the city.. we got a 72hr travel pass costing €12 and this was brilliant value for money.. We traveled all around the city on trams and Metro without any problems.. We will definitely return and will be booking Duomo Hotel and Apartments for our stay.. Fabulous, thank you..…

First time ever in Italy. We came in from a long flight from hawaii and our luggage was lost by American Airlines, the front desk was exceptional and I mean EXCEPTIONAL, Sarah first of all made sure we were good in every aspect and I think kadi as well? I don’t remember the other lovely ladies name but really want to thank them for going above and beyond to make sure our room was good and making sure our baggage was delivered to our room when we got them, and helping with arranging the taxi to the train station, I will be coming back every year to this establishment as the location was a prime spot and right in the heart of Milan(truly) Thank you again so much(I work hotels back home too, so the customer service was on point)

The location of the hotel is close to everything.. There are many restaurants and markets around it, and it is close to Duomo.. The staff is helpful and kind.. The hotel is clean, daily cleaning is available, and the teams are cooperative and skilled..

Very nice and spacious rooms at the best possible location in downtown Milan. 100m from the Duomo. The service was very good, 24 hours operation, very helpful. Under the hotel there were 3 bakeries and pizza shops that you could get a breakfast or a snack if in urgent need.

Although only staying for one night here, I wish I had stayed longer. Bang in the centre of Milan, this hotel is worth paying that little extra for. Facilities are good, staff were very professional, friendly and always there if you needed assistance with anything. I had a superior room and it was spacious and very clean, smart. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend to others to stay here.

The Duomo Hotel and Apartments are in a very convenient location, only minutes from the Duomo M1 metropolitan train station and the plaza itself. Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping at the world's best designer boutique stores. Very friendly staff, no shortage of coffee, and lovely comfortable bed. We were given a complimentary room upgrade to celebrate our honeymoon. Thanks to the staff for making it a wonderful stay!

This hotel is perfectly located near the Duomo and Metro stops. Staff is very helpful, goes above and beyond. Shoutout to Sarah who was very helpful with storing our luggage as we arrived early and had it delivered to our rooms when they were ready - thank you! We had rented two rooms for a party of 5. Rooms were larger than expected for a European hotel and very clean. The room I stayed in had a kitchenette with utensils and a microwave. Very pleasant stay. I recommend this property whole-heartedly.

This hotel is perfect in every way. I planned a trip for a big group of 11 people. The front office manager, Stefano, worked with me for months and was even able to block all of our rooms on the same floor. Upon arrival, the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Kadi and the other staff were so helpful, working as both concierge and front desk. Then, the location. Wow! The location is perfect! ...within walking distance to popular tourist attractions.
