This is a great hotel. We stayed in early Jan 2012 as a family of four. On arrival we were really well received at reception. We were lucky that our rooms were available as it was only midday. The concierge was great and advised us on where to go for shopping and museums. He also provided a street map that...

beautiful classic hotel, perfect location, very professional and friendly staff, charming and helpful reception. classy hotel without being upper-class-stiff... the room (standard double) was spatious, clean, big and very comfortable bed. nice big clean bathroom. very untypical in italy: great breakfast (local products, partly organic...). this hotel makes you feel very very happy.

Our room was large, excellent light, old world elegance. The staff was helpful; particular compliments to the breakfast team; kept everything fresh and pleasant during the busy holiday season. The American Bar was "clubby" with outstanding drinks and very good appetizers. Musts are Caffe Torino and Gatto Nero-the outstanding film museum was a pleasant surprise as was the city.

This hotel is probably one of the very best in all of Italy. The decor, the room sizes, the bathrooms, the breakfast, all stack up to a wonderful experience; I also thought it was reasonbly priced (certainly compared to other, more-expensive hotels in Italy) and extremely well located. Turin is possibly the most elegant city in Italy, and this hotel...

Wi-fi is available in the rooms and lobby and staff were always nice to speak with. Breakfast was really good. Lots of fresh...

The hotel is the old Italian style but the room was very large and comfortable. The desk personnel nice, breakfast very acceptable. The only problem might be the many groups which seem to convene here and can make the public spaces noisy and uninviting.
