Billed as a 4 star hotel, but I wouldn't rate it as such (not by British standards anyway). Basic rooms are small but comfortable. Bathroom had mould in shower, and shower head had a mind of its own from day to day! We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard at the back, which was quiet. There...

This is a very comfortable hotel located adjacent to the Porta Sousa railway station and with close access to the airport bus. The reception staff were particularly welcoming and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Our room was very clean and the bathroom and shower were top class. The hotel dining room offered exception value for dinner. If...

I was so happy with my stay at Hotel Diplomatic, the initial welcome and locating of my booking was handled beautifully by the lovely female concierge. The Porta Susa location was new to me, as I usually stay in the Porta Nuova area, but I am so glad that I chose a new area to begin new adventures in Torino....

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. Close to the local metro (but not the Train Station). Cons: I could hear every car passing by and drunk laughter on the streets. It was hot and stuffy even in March The AC simply didn't work and I knew they were fully booked, so couldn't switch rooms. I doubt they worked in...

A great hotel 5 minutes walk from the station. Within easy walking distance from city centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from the breakfast buffet. Will use this hotel again

A nicely appointed, traditional hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The location is very convenient for transport links, shops, restaurants and bars. Staff always very courteous, although information about buses not very helpful.

The hotel is located near the railway station and about 15 minutes by foot from the city centre. My room (a single one) was quite small, but clean. The furniture was "old style" ('70's-'80's). The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. I had some trouble with the wi-fi, because it was too slow. I recommend it for the position and...

The hotel definitely needs some renovation (especially the heating system!) but in general it's ok for one night stay. Cozy rooms, clean and tidy. I didn't particularly like the breakfast room in the basement.

The hotel is well placed, near the Susa station and under the arcades, a short walk from many of the interesting places in Turin. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, without being luxurious, and quiet up to 9.00 when the drilling started along the corridor. Breakfast was fine, though the selection of cereals...

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right around the corner from the Torino Porta Susa train station, literally less than 5 minutes walk. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Museo Egizio and the Piazza Castello. The hotel itself seemed a bit old and in need of modernization. The room was a good size, however I...
