Depending on who you're here to visit on business it's a great location to be, seemed to down town. Dinner was good at the ground floor restaurant, but room service really wasn't worth ordering. Rooms were comfy and large had a suite room 202, shower is powerful, but figuring out how to get it hot was a little confusing. Its...

Huge spacy room that was extremely comfortable. The bar is comfortably fitted out and really well suited to hang around with friends for a drink. Above all the hotel id dead centre and within walking distance of shopping and some of Torino's best restaurants.

I go quite often to Torino and I've never had a bad experience. This time my wife was joining me and I decided to book a 5 star hotel instead of the usual 3/4 star. This hotel is a jewel right in the centre of all one can imagine. Top notch shops, museums, churches, Central Station, shopping malls etc. The...

When we book a hotel with a 5 star category, we expect some comfort. The bed and pillows were hard and the bed covers are clearly low quality, not breathable materials. No complimentary water and there's no coffee and tea maker in the room. It is also quite noisy at times, you can hear the footsteps of those people occupying...

Stayed here for one night on arrival for our 2nd visit to the region in lathe last couple of years. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town. The property is kept to a high standard. Our room was very comfortable but the amenities were below the standard of comparable 5 star city properties we've stayed at. Am...

The hotel is very well situated in the city centre and has a great restaurant en dito service. Try a drink on the terrace and be surprised at the things you are served also. The rooms are big and the beds are excellent.

We visited friends who have just retired to near Torino, but who recommended this hotel as being central in the city. The location is fantastic for shops and the centre squares, restaurants and museums. The room was lovely, spacious and quiet. The bar is pleasant enough and breakfast ok. Not great value for money, but certainly a safe option for...

My family stayed in two standard Junior suites during our first stop on our Christmas vacation. We enjoyed the modern rooms and comfortable bed with a granite accented bathroom. The bathroom featured a heated towel bar, large rain shower and separate soaking tub. I had a little concern about the flashing fire strobe mentioned in one article but that was...

I was born in Turin and I have still have a flat there even thought I decided to sleep two nights at Principi di Piemonte since I was looking for a 5 stars treatment. Once I got in I was surprise since the hall was not brilliant, old and shabby fornitures especially the sofa. Guys at the reception not proactive....

The hotel lobby, bar and dining areas are attractive and compact so hotel has a homey feel about it. Our Art Deco suite was perfect. The marbles were unusual and beautiful. The Christmas Eve dinner was superb and the barman always attentive with delicious canapés served with every drink. However I especially want to commend the service. Outstanding. Especially Julia...
