Delightful hotel - from classic art-deco interior to professional staff. We booked a junior suite and were not disappointed - comfy bed, separate sitting room, large bathroom (shower and bath). I've no idea on TV channels which was the complaint of another reviewer - baffles me why one would be watching TV long enough for it to be an issue....

Stayed here for four nights in a junior suite. The suite was large and comfortable and had a lovely view over the city to the Alps (when it isn't misty that is). Bed was comfortable and the room had a walk in robe which was great to get the luggage out of the way. A couple of small things ......

Very classy italian style old hotel. Our room was beautiful, with gorgeous views of the Italian Alps. Staff was very friendly and helpful- nice lounge bar near the reception. Be sure to try their great Italian wine selection. Location was great also, right near the center of Torino.

A true older, classical Italian hotel, excellently located. High ornate ceilings, marbled floors, impressive sauna, etc., etc. However this is where the facade comes tumbling down: 1. TV - 40 plus channels, & apart from the endless news cycle repeats in English - nothing! Meaning 10-15 Italian movie channels (mainly dubbed from English), NO catering at ALL for their anonymity-Italian...

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst on business in the area. Initially my room looked very nice; a desk to work at, a comfy chair to relax in, nicely decorated bathroom, etc. But there were several things that stopped my stay from being 5 Star... - The fan for the aircon in the main room didn't work and the...

This hotel is a great example Italian style and beauty. Beautiful marble every where, even the bathrooms! We enjoyed a wonderful suite with sitting room and bedroom overlooking the city. The staff was extraordinarily helpful with recommendations for food as well as help with bike storage. Breakfast offers nice food with great variety. The food offered great products from the...

Spent just a night here coming to see Juventus but it was a great stay. Staff were lovely couldn't do enough for us, nice spacious room and a decent breakfast. The location is great a five minute walk from the station and right in the centre for everything. Got taxis to and from the match for around 35 euros there...

Brilliantly located in the centre of Turin, the hotel is spotless and very comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent service contributed to a wonderful stay in this beautiful city. The hotel is located ideally for all of the major sites and we also attended a match at The Juventus Stadium via taxi for reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

What a lovely view from our suite. We had a special occasion and had an upgrade. The room was splendid and we enjoyed breakfast in the room. The prices are high but the treatment is worth it! The parking is very expensive.

Very nice hotel. Very well located in the historical center of the city, close to the (luxury) shopping area. The rooms are classy, very clean, spacious. The marble bathroom is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice SPA with high quality massage service. The breakfast is very good but probably not really at the level of the...
