I won't give a complete review of the Dogana Vecchia, there wouldn't be any point. Their customer service was unacceptable. Shortly after I arrived I found that the room was very warm, in late October. There was no way to adjust the heat except to leave the window open, in a city of a million pigeons. I spoke to the... We did find it difficult to find this hotel, not helped by it being "rush hour". If you have a big car the car park at the rear can be a challenge. Hotel staff welcoming and took us to our room. A large room with dark furniture but the bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have a dining room... More

I stayed in this hotel for two nigths when I was on a business trip. Welcoming staff, good breakfast and pleasant atmosphere. This site is well located near a lot of restaurants and pedestrian zone. Rooms are big but furnished with old furniture. I stayed in a room without air conditioning, it was June and the nigth was hot: if... More

This hotel is situated in central Turin and the location is great - close to loads of restaurant, bars, shopping and turist attraction. We arrived pretty late and made the reservation an hour before arriving on an external online booking site - when we arrived with the car they knew who we were and were super friendly and helpful -... Pleasant hotel full of historical charm. Parking at the rear in the courtyard although it is not free. Check-in was easy as we had already booked/paid via hotel booking website.Very welcoming staff who spoke English and took us up to our room. Nothing new or modern about this hotel. Classic Italian tiled floors, air-co and free wi-fi in the room.... More

Nice old hotel, historic, Mozart have been there. They placed all of us, more than 50 in different stages. My room as a teacher was fabulos, even it has a balcony and a bath tube.Everything was very clean .Staff was kind.Only breakfast as a group was too small. The location is central walking distance from attractions.

I've been in this Hotel for a Bussiness travel, and I have to say that it was a good Deal. The Hotel it's clean very Central and close to all the main services. The room who I've got it was a single room but with queen bed and own bathroom. A bit noisy the corridor, but amazingly clean and tidy.... More

This hotel is very proud of its history especially as Mozart stayed there for two nights. It is in the older part of the city very close to restaurants, museums, theatres etc. It has its own car park and there are trams and buses which go very close including the 'star' bus. Parts of the hotel show their age in... More

I travel a lot by myself but always like finding a place that is safe both day and night. This hit the mark. Good value, clean, charming, ideal location and friendly staff. Even had a fridge in the room. Also great breakfast spread! I'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed there June 22-23 . An old hotel, didn't see much charm. Bed was terrible, room very small. And the breakfast besides double espresso , there was nothing exciting. Sorry, but I would not recommend to stay at this hotel.
