This hotel is in a great location, close to all the sights. Nice cafe on the ground floor. The room was clean and everything was working. Limited choices in the breakfast buffet and the room was basic, but just fine for one night.

We were in town to see the Shroud on exhibit and I was looking for accommodations when I stumbled onto this hotel. It was perfect..only blocks from the Egyptian Museum and not too far from the Shroud entrance so I decided to take this. I drove so the garage is about 200 yards away..not bad to walk with 2 kids... The location is good, rooms were decent, and the breakfast was ok. However, there was no air conditioning making the stay very uncomfortable. You also had to pay extra for wifi. The people working the front desk were a bit rude. One yelled at me for filling my water bottle at their water cooler in the lobby. I wanted to... More

Love this hotel. Have stayed in many Italian 3* hotels and we rate this one of the best. Our 1st floor room was of good size, large bathroom with full size shower. I had two small requests prior to arrival (normally, in Italy, responded to with a 'No' ) and these were both accommodated with ease. Very good Italian breakfast,... More

Very close to everything. The morning staff was so helpful and sweet. The rooms were clean and very adequate . 2 negatives. The evening staff ( Francesca ) was so curt almost rude. In the service industry you should leave your attitude at the door. The second was they kind of nickel dime you to death. The info said free... More

We used this hotel on our recent trip to watch the football. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast choice was very good. The hotel is situated in a very central location and is easy to find. Also good is the 10% discount in the restaurant next door. The rooms are basic and the bathrooms very small. The toilet... More

I have been several times in this hotel. It is located in a prime location, very close to piazza San Carlo. The rooms are big enough, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff is very polite. however, the breakfast could be much better considering the room prices. Keep your expectations low regarding this hotel.

Prime location. Close to all historical places like museums and churches. Shopping malls nearby. Taxi stand nearby. But rooms are too small. Staffs were kind. Very clean and neat rooms. City sight seeing bus can be reached by 10 mins walk. There is a park nearby where you can sit and relax.

The room I had is in an adjacent building, requiring, going outside to enter the other for breakfast. The bed filled about 3/4 of the space, with a sink in one corner and 2 tables in the others. No closet or drawers for clothes, just a fairly large rack which took up room on one long side. Having been to... More
