Staff could not be any more helpful. Great location, fantastic breakfast, very clean, free drinks in minibar; fantastic sized room; rooftop terrace with friendly bar staff; amazing location next to main train station. I will be back!!!
I've stayed at the Turin Palace for the last 7 nights during the Eurovision Song Contest and my stay has been nothing short of perfection from start to finish. Every single member of the team here that I've spoken to both before and during my stay have been beyond helpful and so friendly. The room was very spacious with a huge wardrobe, walk-in shower with great pressure, a chair, a minibar which is complimentary and restocked daily, and the best thing about it was the huge terrace I was given (I think only 5-6 rooms have these so it genuinely was a lovely surprise). The room was spotless and maid service is daily. I had a great night's sleep every night (although I was facing the back of the hotel rather than the front which overlooks a main road - so I'd suggest requesting a room facing the back). Breakfast was fantastic with a large choice of cold meats, cheeses, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, juice and more. The restaurant is lovely with exceptional service and great food, we also spent a lot of our time at the rooftop terrace which is beautiful and has the most incredible views. Wifi worked daily and was fast and reliable. Location is exceptional - there's a tram stop, a large taxi rank and Porta Nuovo station right on the hotel's doorstep, and a lot of Turin's main attractions were within an easy walk. For taxi's I'd recommend downloading the 'Wetaxi' app. All in all - an exceptional stay, by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I'd come back again in a heartbeat.…
This hotel has a great location - directly opposite the main Porto Nuevo railway station. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms generous. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive by international standards and exceptional when viewed in the typical context of an Italian colazione. Staff are English speakers and very helpful
Excellent service. Clean, spacious rooms. Outstanding location, just steps from the main rail station. Food was wonderful. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommended. I will stay here again.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, and also spacious, with the nice touch of complimentary items (water -always replaced-, non alcoholic drinks, nuts). One main attractive feature of the hotel is the service, with super-polite and helpful personnel. Breakfast is quite good, although the room gets extremely crowded at peak hours and you may have to wait in line in line for a few minutes. The location is good, with the main attractions in central Turin within easy reach, although the immediate surroundings (near the main train station) may not be too appealing for some, especially at night. On the other hand the vibrant and exciting San Salvario area is right there, so it depends on your preferences.
