We paid for one of the larger rooms, which was extremely spacious- including a huge bathroom and huge bathtub, but we felt the hotel didn't live-up to its four star billing, or the hefty price we paid. The spa area was decent- and looked to have been newly-renovated. We used the sauna and steam room everyday. The jacuzzi was in...

After small rooms and especially bathrooms on this tour, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Our room was as large as American hotels as was the bathroom. Luna is well appointed, clean and comfortable with a helpful and pleasant staff and perfectly situated in the center of town surrounded by good shops, restaurants and pleasant places to...

Although the hotel is located in town, it doesn't always feel like you are IN town. The lobby is Invitimg, and the restaurant offered an excellent breakfast. This hotel was clean and well appointed, and it offered a charming and somewhat Tyrollean experience. Step out of the lobby and you are in a beer garden, but step through another exit...

The hotel may be four stars on the exterior, but our room was definitely only three stars - at best. The floors squeeked terribly, with the thin plywood covered only by cheap carpeting. No padding. Trickle of hot water.

Located in the heart of Bozen this hotel is a good base to explore the old town. I booked a single room during the Christmas markets just before Christmas. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and always ready to offer suggestions and insights on the town. There's also a...

We could not have been happier with this choice of hotel, for three nights, while visiting Bolzano. This is not a new hotel, but it has been updated and is very beautiful. Its setting with garden and its location within the historic city center is great. Room were large and beds and bathrooms were excellent. Service was always very helpful...

7 for lunch on the terrace with no reservation - no problem. Slight shade for those in need, good food, no fuss, no stress, and at a price that was good value for money. What a lovely early afternoon it was. We didn't stay in the hotel this time, but noted it for next time.

My husband and I visited Bolzano with my parents and it was our first time in northern Italy. Air conditioning was a must, and it worked very well in the rooms! We were on the top floor and had a wonderful view of the mountains and wineries. It's right next to all the restaurants and bars in Bolzano and a...

Very nice hotel in heart of Bolzano. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, hiking, and sight-seeing. We had a very spacious and lovely room. Very nice garden area for drinks or visiting. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating. My only negative comment is regarding the service staff at breakfast. I asked for black tea and...
