The location was excellent for train travellers as the train station is just across the street. The room we had was clean and spacious. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and ever smiling. The breakfast was surprising for a 3 star hotel! You can have your choice of hot foods, eg. scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, and bread, patisserie, biscuits,...

We picked this hotel in Bolzano because of the location across the street from the train station, but it turned out to be an excellent choice for other reasons as well. First, it really is convenient for those arriving by rail...it took us less than two minutes to reach the front door from the steps of the train station. We...

We stayed for a night in Bolzano, it was stopover as we were driving off to Salzburg. The hotel rooms are pretty small. the plus point was the location (close to the railway station). The hotel staff was also very cordial in all. We also had breakfast included which was a good enough spread. it was an average stay!

The good thing about this hotel is the location-just across the street from the train station. That was the ONE thing we liked about this hotel. The lobby area is ok, small but bright and fairly clean. Going up the to the room in the slow elevator with the buckling rubber matted floor we arrived to landing with tattered blinds...

We stayed for 8 nights and were impressed by the location. Although the outside may not look its best, this was more than made up for inside. The staff were very friendly on reception. The breakfast had a huge choice from cereal, cakes, croissants, yogurts, fruit with tea and coffee, as much as you wanted. We thought the location was...

The location is right in Centro, so you can walk to anything. The rooms are very tidy with comfy beds, a bit small but thats true for hotels all over Europe. The price was right as well. The parking can be a bit painful as its right at Centro.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. It's an unpretentious hotel yet very welcoming. Even though it's right in front of the train station yet it's very quiet. Our air-conditioned room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower room excellent. Breakfast was generous but we would have appreciated it a lot if...

I recently spent 2 nights there and the room was comfortable. Central location but still quiet, which is a big plus. The matress wasn't really good, and same goes for the breakfast. It is clean. Ideal for a short stay.

Centrally located being 200 metres from railway station and just outside old town. Clean room, good service and breakfast. We had a superior room which was of large size at the rear with no road noise and nice view from window. Competitively priced accommodation in town that is relatively expensive.

This centrally located hotel is perfect for those traveling by train. Good clean rooms and a very good breakfast buffet. If you want to go hiking the cable car to the Ritten is just down the street, which takes you high above Bozen and up into the Alps. Friendly helpful staff!
