We stayed as a family of 4 (two kids aged 3 and 7) and two adults in a suite. This hotel in general gives the impression to be either recently renovated or new built. The check-in process was totally uncomplicated and quite fast, the reception service was very helpful and friendly. Our suite in the second floor was very spacious,...

I really enjoyed my one week stay at the Hotel Terme Merano. The level of care and attention to detail in this hotel is truly exceptional. Booking through the hotel's website was easy and has the added bonus of access to the hotel's loyalty program. Formalities upon check in and check out went very smoothly. Despite being in the center...

We commuted from Bologna by moto to Merano and the beauty of the town caused a gasp! The hotel is ideally situated right on the river. We were met by friendly, accommodating, English speaking staff. The rooms are spacious which was a plus with moto gear. The room had 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Our reservations included breakfast which was...

This is a lovely hotel and the rooms are very comfortable; the pools are fun and the food is great. A bit of advice though: if your home currency is not euros, make sure you get charged in euros. If the hotel converts your bill to dollars, you'll end up paying more due to their unfavourable exchange rate.

We stayed three nights as a hub on a driving trip through the Dolomites. The suite was huge and airy. The in hotel spa was calm with three options for spa pools . (as opposed to the public pools a short walk through a tunnel away which were chaotic and overcrowded) and a more European clothing optional section for sauna...

Comfortable room with well appointed bathroom. Nice, small balcony with a view if you worked at it. Comfortable bar area with inside and outside seating. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices including an omelet station.

We really enjoyed our stay in the suite, which is very comfortable with 2 small children. Dinner was excellent, and we really loved the breakfast buffet as well as the staff and the cute town. The (public) Terme was very enjoyable and even though it was quite busy in the afternoon (hot day in August) we still had a relaxing...

This hotel was amazing! The breakfast buffet had three sides plus other tables. It was a true "groaning board" of food. The spa treatments were very well done and charged to the room. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We had a very nice family stay in the hotel. Dinner and staff are excellent. Breakfast is good. We booked the suite, that is very nice and spacious for a family with two small kids. The private hotel pool area is small, but a great place to relax. The Terme, open to the public, can get very busy so best...

We stayed here with VBT. Loved the city, the pools, the breakfast and the service. Beautiful place in a stunning setting. Attached to Therme Merano which was a real treat. Best gelato right around the corner! Stay here - it's the best.
