We had never been to Aosta before and we loved the town but that's was mainly because of the location of the Duca D'Aosta. The room was of a very high standard and the attention to detail from the staff even higher!

Was on a little road trip with my brother and we decided to stay overnight in Aosta. They got us a good walk-in deal including breakfast. The room was not to big and the bathroom took up half the space. Luxurious and well detailed. Good service and ditto quality. The buffet breakfast was a bit 'more of the same hotel...

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful three days at the hotel in the middle of Aosta. The room was comfortable and appointed very nicely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything from baggage to bicycle storage. We loved sitting in the lobby library after a days adventures with a glass of wine and a book. The restaurant...

It was a pleasure to stay some days at Hotel Duca d'Aosta. Thank you / Grazie / Merci. It was a very good feeling from the check-in -- the first moment of warm welcome, nice and clean room with a marvellous outlook to the mountain range, fine restaurant with extraordinary service, great hospitality up to late check-out. We thank you...

Probably one of the best places to stay, if you happen to spend a night in Aosta. It is not perfect, however staff tries hard to be efficient and friendly (10+); hotel is of an 70's architecture, so do not expect extraordinary. Nevertheless, it had a recent facelift, so both bathrooms and rooms are of acceptable quality. There are quirks...

The hotel is very well positioned in the city centre of Aosta and the main city square is literally few steps away from the entrance. The hotel in located in a pedestrian area, so you may have to park your car in the parking area across the street in case you could not reserve a spot on time. The interiors...

We stayed in Aosta for one night on our way to Genoa. It was quite difficult to find and parking was a bit limited but worth it in the end. The hotel lobby was very inviting and the staff friendly. Check in was fast. The room was a bit on the dark side but the bathroom was lovely. There was...

Good accommodation. Breakfast not the best but certainly adequate. The location is so central and it was perfect for our needs during the busy Orsa fair. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and well equipped.

We were very surprised, after a less than auspicious drive into Aosta, to find the hotel round the corner from the main square and pedestrianised areas. Ideally located, very comfortable and friendly. Book the underground garage opposite, if possible.

Our experience at Hotel Duca d'Aosta was wonderful. We decided to spend a few days in the Italian Alps region after attending a wedding in Southern France. We found Aosta to be a nice mid-sized Italian city with an interesting history, good sight-seeing, and nice shopping & restaurant options. Most of all, Aosta is very conveniently located to access beautiful...
