I am a faithful visitor since many years. Very pleasant family run chalet hotel, slightly outside Cervinia which is pleasant but can be rather noisy. Charming service. Ideally located for a quiet - close tio the ski resort holiday

I traveled to Cervinia together with my 7 year old son in the last week of March. Great weather and very few people - so no waiting times standing in line. Chalet Valdotain is located about 2 minutes by car from the main lift. The hotel offers an excellent and reliable free shuttle service all day from 8AM to 6PM....

We stayed here for a ski trip in March and the staff were fantastic, the help desk were attentive with sorting out our ski pass & giving us piste map advice, the restaurant servers were polite and always helpful, especially remembering which table we liked etc. The shuttle driver was excellent, he was always prompt & when we did need...

Paola does full body massage for 65 euro per hour but quit after 35min leaving me alone in the room with loud music and a cloth over my eyes, came back after 10min, massage finished. Still asking for full hour rate. Asked her to complete the massage but she refused, really awkward..

Some things about this hotel are nice like the lobby with a fireplace and bar, the restaurant and the spa area. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Other things are not so great: the hotel needs renovating, the dining area is cold (they have a fireplace and should light it more often) and the rooms are below average (for...

It has many pluses ,including excellent dinners ( note,in particular ,the grilled dish of the day ),a decent sauna and steam bath and very good shuttle service to and from the slopes .Rooms are pretty good with a decent bathroom. On the minus side ,the breakfast...

Given that this is not a cheap hotel, you kind of expect a good level of service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The food started well, but promptly became very average indeed. I managed to grab the last dust of granola on arrival, but despite mentioning it several times, they said they'd run out. And unbelievably, they ran out...

Had a perfect but unfortunately short stay in my favorite ski resort. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and warm. Shuttle service on demand is very useful due to the hotel is not in the center. The only things to improve are the quality of Internet connection and quality and variety of TV channels.

The location was a five minute drive from the main resort HOWEVER they run an excellent shuttle service. We didn't have to wait at all and the driver takes you as close to the gondola or into the centre. We had his number to ring when we wanted picking up and within a few minutes he was there. The wellness...

Place is nice but it is too expensive. Especially during high seasons times. I have been there and the slopes aren't that far and the hotels brings you up and down to the slopes. That's a good service. Food is good. Room are a bit small and you can hear ppl around but it's ok after all.
