We were disappointed when we arrived at the Petit Palais. Great location (50m from main ski lifts) and looks fine outside. However inside very basic and tired. Carpets worn and grubby. Little decoration, and very dark. Room bare and basic, but reasonably clean. Sheets and towels changed every 3 days, and we're clean. Restaurant bit crowded, and tablecloths dirty. Breakfast...

Overview: Stayed in this hotel for a week skiing at the end of March 2017. Booked with Crystal and right from the off everything was handled brilliantly. Bags got transferred from the coach drop to the hotel so no need to carry them up through the village. Location: The Petit Palais is located at the top of Cervinia, right next...

Stayed for a week's skiing in March. It's a no-frills hotel but has lots of nice touches. It's just a short walk down to the lift and a very short level walk back if you can ski or snow-plough down a narrowish track at the end of the day. There's a good-sized heated boot room. The staff were very obliging...

Staff are great. Hotel a bit worn. Food varies from poor to good. The all inclusive bar helps. Sauna and steam facilities need some attention, no light in the sauna and the spa smells a bit. Breakfast was available on the day of departure 4.30 am which was a nice touch.

This hotel offers everything you need for a great ski holiday. Conveniently close to the gondola, comfortable beds and great food. The staff are very friendly and the all inclusive package offers great value. Cervinia offers great skiing for intermediates even if the link to Zermatt is closed. The packed lunches are sufficient and there is a picnic site at...

we saved a lot of money staying at this hotel. Plus points: 1 All of the staff were unbelievably helpful 2 The all inclusive deal is generous - bar drinks include many shirts, bottles of water are thoughtfully provided every morning, even breakfast was provided before our flights out at 5am on the final morning 3 the view of the...

Who cares what the food tastes like or how uncomfortable the beds are when it is all inclusive drinking? Cervinia is a decent party town and this hotel sets you up nicely to do just that. Basic everything. Superb staff. Close enough to the slopes and town. Excellent ski area (thanks to the Zermatt link) Stunning scenery. Loved this hotel...

This is a Crystal hotel and is all inclusive (to a point!). It was clean but could do with some basic maintenance (shower door fell off on first use and window curtain was hanging off the track). The 'all inclusive' aspect begins at 4.30pm until 10.30pm and applies to certain drinks only (other drinks are quite expensive). If you want...

Excellent location for the bubble/gondola, though on a steep gradient. Good basic skiers' hotel, plenty of food, very attentive staff, especially Felix in the dining room. Best meals were burgers and goulash. Drinks package was pretty basic, local plonk, cheap beer, basic spirits, but Schweppes tonic was a bonus! The spa was very good value at €10 for the week....
