We have traveled with Club Med to Egypt, Morocco and the Dominican Republic but what we saw here in Cervinia was terrible. A very old hotel with a strange smell in the lobby, plaster coming down the ceiling, big holes in the towels, wet carpet and so on and so on. Plusses are the size of the rooms (but bathrooms...

Came here for the second time in a row as it was so great last year - I was not disappointed this year. It was lovely coming back as many people I had made friends with the previous year had also returned so it was great to have a catch up with them all. The food here is absolutely fabulous...

Skiing was great and is was nice to be able to use the ski pass for the Swiss slopes of Zermatt. We prefer ski in- ski out but here, getting to the slopes one needs transportation. The minibuses from the club were very frequent and getting back was usually on ski but needs preplanning the pists! The club is very...

We had a lovely holiday and it was the perfect start to skiing for the children. The food was good and generally the staff were charming & helpful. All aspects of the Kids Club and Ski school were fantastic. The major disappointment was the hotel - it is beyond "tired" with unpleasant smells, stained walls, carpets & furniture, holes in...

Excelent service, location and range of activities. Hotel is tired, but this wasnt an issue at all. It is away from the slopes, but there is a very regular, efficient minibus service which takes less than 5 mins to take you to the town or slopes. Unfortunately our room had a damp issue. No odour, but visible. Again we spent...

An excellent resort, because of its height, for late season skiing. The frequent club-to ski-lift and club-to-town mini-buses mean that the club's location up a hill above the resort is not a problem. The club buildings are a little dated and the carpeting shabby, but my room was spacious and well-equipped. The huge variety of food is as you expect...

6th year in a row at Club Med Cervinia. Says it all. Travelled first week of April. This year the weather was a bit more variable - with cloud/some rain (lower slopes)/some snow on first few days, but sun and snow towards the end of the week. We had a foot of fresh snow at the base on the Saturday,...

This year was our second time around in this club. We had a great holiday last year and decided to go again as at this time of the year we are restricted. Although, the building is run down, the GO are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic even though restricted for me as I'm vegan but better...

I took the off-piste course. The ski clases were terrible, we didn´t have a proper ski instructor but a kind of bad guide, I didn´t see him skiing at all in the whole week: first 300 m he skied straight down and then got lost so I just followed the person in front of me. No tips, no advices where...

Just as I mentioned in the title, The facility is run down and should have been renovated a while back. Rooms are not large more to the point the are kind of awkward. On a bright side - you def feel the love of the staff and that makes it all worth it. Recommend.

In the shadow of the alpine giants, Cervinia draws its inspiration from the glorious past of the mountaineers who conquered the Mount Cervino, and blends into a magnificent panorama. The hotel, with its original decoration and authentic materials, is a luxurious mountain refuge, a cosy, convivial setting for relaxing at Club Med Spa*, and reuniting the family at the end of the day.
