Excellent value hotel for Padua paying only £50 per night for a couple in June with no real increases seen over the next few months on Trip Advisor. Rooms are fairly large and comfortable, staff very friendly and buffet breakfasts good quality and varied. Location is only just over 5 minutes walk from the railway station and we had no...

Nice hotel very convenient to bus station. Parking also available. Restaurant was very good and staff excellent. Room was very large and comfortable. Located next to train tracks but quiet. Good value hotel with very helpful staff. The town has numerous tourist locations including St. Anthony basilica which we enjoyed very much. Good internet.

We stayed here for 4 nights while we visited Venice and Padua. The rooms are quite basic but with everything you need - a very comfortable bed, good hot shower and everywhere was very clean. The staff were helpful, opening the bar area just for us and the breakfast which was plentiful with fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cereal, rolls, meats,...

Hotel is situated on walking distance from center of the city. Rooms are comfortable but furniture is old and smelling on wet dust. Breakfast is very poor. Internet conextion od free and enough fast. Hotel jave a garage as well. Although prices are reasonable but I have been in better hotels of this category in Padua

I had stayed here some years ago and was very impressed with the modernity and convenience of this hotel. It also is a good value for the area and Padua is close to Venice *(4 Euros by train). The rooms a fairly large, the bathrooms modern and well maintained. Breakfast is a decent sized buffet with coffee/tea, cold cuts, cheese,...

We stayed here one night on our way from Florence to Venice. We had tickets for an evening viewing of the Giotto murals at the Scrovegni Chapel (don't miss these; worth the stop in Padua!), and Hotel Al Cason was a walkable option. Some reviews have complained about train noise. We could hear the trains from our room through the...

We used this hotel as a base to visit Venice and Verona. It is near the station so convenient however I would not recommend the area unless you are using the train or bus a lot. Trains very frequent and only 4€ to get to Venice. Tip: go for the RV trains and check takes 26 mins. Other trains more...

Spent 3 nights here in early October. Had a small ('junior') room but knew that when booking so was okay. Funky design, but rather clever furniture in apparently remodeled rooms. Comfortable bed and very clean but minimal complimentary items in bathroom (fine with us, we rarely use them). Suited us just fine. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Free...

Hotel Al Cason exceeded our expectations in every way. Th brunch was one of the best in Italy. It had many options as well as an easy coffee machine. The rooms were clean and quiet. After checking out we realized we left our baby's blanket in the room. As we had already driven three hours south the hotel shipped the...

The hotel is pretty good. The room we stayed was big enough, nice bathroom, everything needed. The service and staff were also very kind and responsive. Very close to the train station which makes it good choice for visiting also Venice. Grazie :)

“Higher is better. If you care about the double bed ask them for a room with mattress that doesn't divide (some hotel tie them together to solve the issue). Probably on the street side is better than the train rails side; there is not a lot of cars passing by.”

“One side of the hotel overlooks the railway lines - the soundproofing is good enough so we didn't find our sleep disturbed and I think the rooms might be bigger on this side of the hotel.”
