    Cheerful helpful staff. Comfortable, safe, beautiful and very well located. Good recommendations for local restaurants and good advice when we inquired about concerts.The location suited the walk every where style being near the station and other attractions

    We spent 3 days in late June at this delightful surprise of a hotel. Located a short walk from Rialto ferry port, the room and bed was very comfortable, and the staff helpful with restaurant and transport suggestions. Would highly recommend.

    Really enjoyed staying at this wonderful place. Very intimate and friendly. Rooms were spacious and staff attentive. Location was great, few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was more than plentiful, hot and cold options.

    From Marco polo airport you can walk to the pier for the Ferry to Venice. From the venice station you can walk to the hotel. On youtube is a video instruction for the route.
