We spent three nights in this B&B in September 2016 and cannot rate it highly enough. The room was a reasonable size with plenty of storage and a nice clean shower room, breakfast was exactly as described on the website and enough to keep you going - even if it hadn't been, for the price you could factor in buying...

Stayed for a couple nights, great staff, quiet spot, nice place and great location!! The manager speaks perfect English. There is no reception so you are on your own for the most part except for the mornings for breakfast. Highly recommended for families and couples.

Our stay at Ca'Dalisera was completely awesome. The room was small, but clean - and the staff was so friendly. Breakfast wasn't overly delicious, but it was nice that they offered. For most people, the free coffee is enough in the morning. We did decide on paying the 20 euros extra per day to run the AC whenever we wanted....

Great place to stay. Superb location near the biggest atractions in Venice. We had room on ground floor with bathroom. The room was nice and very comfortable and clean. Świetne miejsc do zwiedzania ze względu na lokalizacje. Bardzo czyste pokoje i dobra obsluga.

We arrived in Venice via Treviso Airport and caught the airport bus into Venice. We took advantage of the waterbus which was a cheaper way of seeing the sights of Venice and also getting around, we were able to use the 2 day pass (30 euros pp) to get around Venice and to the islands. Ricardo gave us good directions...

Staying in San Marco

Neighbourhood Profile
San Marco
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
