The hotel is grate located,infront of the: bus, train, vaporreto main station. Lovely front desk staff,very kind and helpfull. The breakfast needs an urgent upgrade(vegetables might be nice) Nice bathroom with HOT HOT water😃 Defently a place to stay , clean and lovely

Yes, the hotel is easy distance away from the cruise terminal (5-7 minute walk). Note: there are a couple of bridges to cross on the way with stairs that can make it awkward with heavy luggage. One of the bridges has a ramp... More

The hotel are open 24h, the gate in the "shortway to grand canal" closed around 10pm but just need to walk around (also a better street in the night!) to reach the hotel entrance anytime. It's easy and safe.
