We had a twodays stay at Saturnia and International in Venice. We booked online at Hotels.com, and where mesmerized of the pictures. This being our honeymoon, we chose to book highrated hotels. We where not disappointed! The service was extraordinary, the staff was polite, welcoming, and always smiled. The room itself was slightly wornout, but the bathroom, oh heavens, the bathroom! Fresh and clean and modern. The stay costed about 250€ per night, and thats quite expensive. The streets shops are exlusive, so maybe the hotel needs to be in a high price range. We loved Venice and are definitively coming back!

A most wonderful hotel; excellent location. Most of all: the staff. Probably the friendliest and most accommodating service i have ever received at a hotel at any price. We came in late and left early but even in this short stopover we were blown away by the attentiveness and consideration shown by all the staff. Very highly recommended!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 7 nights celebrating our anniversary. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the location is ideal. From breakfast in the courtyard each morning, the rooftop terrace, the staff who went out of their way to help and the prime location, this hotel can’t be beat! We will recommend to all family and friends and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you!!!

I stayed in Hotel Saturnia at the end of July with my friend. The weather was quite hot but we could always return to the Hotel to refresh. The staff is very welcoming and caring. We stayed in a lovely, tidy and really big room. The location is very central and nice. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the absence of air conditioning in the room.

What a brilliant find this hotel is, just 5 mins from St Mark's Square. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are super clean, breakfast is great and the decor is charming and quirky, with lots of historic details. Great little bar too with amazing Bellini's. Will definitely be back. Thank you Saturnia!

The hotel was so warm and friendly. It was our first stay in Italy, and we were really impressed with how well the front desk manager greeted us and made us feel really welcomed. Everyone in the hotel seemed to go out of their way to help us. It's an older hotel, but has so much charm. The complimentary breakfast was amazing.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, bar and restaurant were great and the best hotel shower!! Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Food in restaurant was fabulous, especially the ravioli appetizer. The breakfast was great with many choices. Location is great. Completely enjoyed our first trip to Venice and Hotel Saturnia. Would definitely go back.

Perfect location for activities around St Marks Square. We often popped back to the hotel between activities. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection - eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, cereal, pastries, waffles, fruit, etc. We sat out on the outside terrace which was really nice. Also made use of the roof terrace in the evenings. Staff were always courteous and professional.

This is one of those hotels that offer amazing service, it's very traditional where the staff cant do enough to make your stay perfect, as an example at reception I start my question with would it be possible to and before I could ask the rest they had already said yes. there was a great choice for breakfast constantly being refreshed, I would highly recommend this hotel.
