The location of the hotel is perfect right next to the Vaparetto waterbus stop. I do feel the price is overcharged. The breakfast buffet was okay plenty of pastries and cereal and that is pretty much it with some fruit salad.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and a good size. The staff are always charming and helpful. There is a courtyard and a large reception/bar area. We will be returning.
