Location is great, 150 m walk boat station and two minutes walk to St. Marco. Room is large, new and clean. Breakfast was ok, standard continental breakfast. The staff are also friendly and willing to help. Luggage storage is available

A large beautiful room, helpful staff and an excellent location. Also just 153 euro, so good value too with the breakfast included. Would happily stay here again.

First of all, I would like to say the location of the hotel is unbeatable, its literally 50 meters away from St Marks Square, you can't beat that.
