We were in Venice for a few days in the lead-up to Easter weekend and stayed in this small, but lovely little hotel not very far from St Mark's Square. As such, it was well situated to visit many key sights and was also close to the waterside by the Doge's Palace for all manner of water transportation being not even five minutes up an alley running up past the back of the Doge's Palace (the prison cells I think!). The staff are super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is an ideal base for visitors to return to after a day's sightseeing, to refresh before heading out again for an evening meal. There is a small square around the corner (actually, it is triangular!) which offers a breakfast coffee, a lunchtime snack or an evening meal. We had a lovely time, enhanced by staying in this most comfortable of hotels...

Excellent location! The hotel is only about 2-3mins walk from Piazza San Marco. As expected in Venice, there are some stairs to go to the room and the hotel is quite small. Staff offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room since we were staying for 4 nights. Very clean hotel with towels changed daily.

This hotel is right in the centre of things which is excellent; there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. It is a stone's throw from St Mark's Square. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Excellent spacious, powerful shower with a real screen not a curtain. We went next door for a great breakfast and excellent coffee - very reasonably priced. We never had any noise whatsoever from outside or in the hotel. The room was rather hot but that was the only downside - rectified by opening the window. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel, nor does it claim to be, but it is a great base in a charming area close to all amenities. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Arrived in Venice but found out that the hotel I booked is closed. Luckily Hotel Bridge has an available room and the staff had been very helpful while I process the problem I encountered. So yes, I am giving them 5-stars because of this. The hotel is very accessible to St Mark’s Square, other tourist attractions, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. No breakfast is offered but lots of shops nearby are already open early morning. The room was fine, internet was fast. The bathroom can be improved though as the shower area is very small. Don’t forget to leave your key at the reception when you go out or else your room will not be cleaned.

I didn't do excellent because the bathroom was like an obstacle course and the shower was the smallest I had ever been in. With my hands on my hips, my elbows touched the walls. I'm 5'8", 185 lbs. There was also a handheld shower wand, quite a challenge. Overall, the room was comfortable. There is no elevator, but the twelve steps to the first level weren't that bad. But all in all, it was good place to be. The staff was great! The Bridge Hotel is close to the main plazas, the Bridge of Sighs, the high-end shopping area and lots of good places to eat. The staff gave us two excellent recommendations for dinners. I would stay there again.

Hotel is well located, close to San Marco in a quiet location. Is not close to a bridge however. Not a good view, however very clean, daily cleaning. Friendly staff, very helpful, helps to book tours and make arrangements, very flexible. Reception staff available 24h. Good breakfast, though quite the same thing everyday, has a good balance of tastes. Lady at breakfast very kind and helpful, some staff speak both English and French. Location, cleanliness and service is high class for a 3 star hotel.

Small hotel off the beaten track but still at the heart of everything. 5 minute walk from boat bus and main square. Room was small and had I been 7lbs heavier I may not have fit in shower cubicle, it was tiny and compact. Room and bathroom clean enough. Fridge in wardrobe but no coffee/tea facilities which would have been much better. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast a bit overpriced at 8 euros for continental, and would have been good to have a hot food option. Oh and we had an extra visitor in our room one night, a ghost !! Spooky !

A short walk from the boat landing, and to St. Marks Square, it was very convenient for our one night stay. Our room had a very high beamed ceiling and windows overlooking two streets, but, was very quiet.
