The lady who is responsible does not speak english. Breakfast is just a croissant and a coffee. Hotel is a little bit pricy but very clean. if you need a quiet place just for bed and breakfast, this is the place.

We stayed here four nights at the end of May - my partner, my parents-in-law and I. The hotel is like something from the sixties in the sense that it is very old fashioned but it is comfortable and is situated very close to the...More

This is a good little hotel - very small, but close to the station, but the best bit is the lady who manages the hotel. She can not speak a word of English, but is so helpful, enthusiastic, dear and sweet. The rooms were small...More

Very nice location, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. The area is full of restaurants and shops, but quiet at night. Room was nice and clean, very good for a short stay. However the pillows were a bit flat. The lady taking...More

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby
