There are a number of reviews which major on the palazzo victoria having 5 stars. I don't think it is a 5 star hotel but for what we paid I am more than happy with this hotel. The room was fine and quiet but the lack of temperature controls that actually work was a bit of a bind. Breakfast was...

This hotel was very good, a bit unusual, but perfectly located - except for the crazy drive in from the highway! Lots of turns down unmarked roads. Thankfully, after that, the car was no longer needed. The city is small and easily navigated on foot and any wrong turn will lead to a charming street with plenty to see. Check-in...

I booked the Pallazo Victoria on ba.com as part of a package to Verona and Bologna for a long weekend , I just booked the classic double room as they all looked really nice. The Hotel is very old but as a lovely mixture of contemporary and traditional features which worked perfectly , the first night we stayed our room...

Spending a night in Verona, traveling for work by car, I decided to book this 5 stars hotel in order to recoup my energy between intense days of work and meetings. This is what you dream The reality is that once arrived, no place to park and leave luggages at the hotel; no problem, I've found a small space a...

Dear Guest, I am very disappointed to learn of your poor experience with the garage service while staying at our hotel. It does not reflect the standards to which we strive. Unfortunately, the historic city center is very poor in parking and our private garage has only few places which we advertise that they are on request and upon availability....

My wife and I first visited the sister property of this hotel in Florence Italy two years ago. It was spectacular and set our expectations very high for this property. While we enjoyed our time and the location was perfect, our high expectations set by the sister property were not completely met (thus giving it a 4 vs a 5...

We booked this as our first holiday with our 3 month old bambino. Having visited Verona before we knew the city relatively well and we booked this hotel knowing the location was great, The hotel itself is stunning and the welcome we received was fabulous. Our room was not ready but that was no problem as they stored our luggage...

My daughter and I came here for a short break we stayed here because she had been here before. The hotel is very centrally located and our room was not one of the largest I have stayed in but adequate and very clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice, the staff are very nice and helpful and I...

Nice hotel in very charming ancien Italian palace. Room was very nice, high ceilings, antic furniture etc. Breakfast was not really worth 5 star and lack of staff and attention. Also had a big issue with the car permit to enter the congestion charge zone which was supposed to be handled by the hotel but we got a ticket which...
