We stayed 2 nights in L'Ospite di Federica with my husband and 6 years old son. It is well situated, in the university district, very close to the city center (literally 5 minutes by walk). The free parking is 2 minutes away by walk which is great because once you arrive you need to walk and walk and walk as... More

I stayed at L'Ospite on business and it was incredible to find such a large apartment with full kitchen that was also so clean and well maintained for such a good price. The location was great in a neighborhood with great gelato, pasta fresca, and a very good and inexpensive restaurant just downstairs. I can't imagine a better value if,... More

My wife, 3 year old child and me stayed at the studio apartment in autumn 2016. Studio is nicely furnished, spacious and very clean. Frederica, the host, is kind and was attentive to our needs. Parking was near and also arranged by Frederica. Location of the studio apartment is very convenient, some 500 meters to Verona old town which is... More

Federica - an excellent and friendly host! Always happy to help. Very good location - easy to reach by car. there is parking nearby. The old town is literally a 5 min walk. Not a very good view from the window. I would like to have in the room slippers. With the windows open - a very loud noise from... More

Federica is without doubt the best hostess we've ever met, and she made a lovely apartment, and a beautiful town even better. The apartment, (we had top floor with separate bedroom) was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and well appointed, within an easy walk of Verona's centre. Verona wowed us with it's beauty, and we happily spent hours each day wandering... More

I agree with all the other glowing reports of these apartments. Federica made us feel most welcome and gave very helpful advice about where to go and what to see in Verona. The accommodation is spacious and spotlessly clean. Having a small kitchen area makes it convenient to have coffee and small meals. The 3 of us enjoyed sitting around... More

We stayed for 3 nights. The studio flat is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal, next to a grocery store that specialises in fresh fruit, next to a well reviewed restaurant and close to a delicatessen. Opposite is a laundrette. 3 minutes walk away is central Verona where it all happens. Loved it. Frederica and Elizabetha are... More

Frederica is courteous and very, very helpful. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable - to the point that I felt that we were unnecessarily overburdening her. Apartments are squeaky clean - staff works on it every day. WiFi works fine. AC was good even for heat wave. Free parking. 5-to-10 min walk everywhere around the town.Excellent... More

Verona was our first stop on our recent trip to Italy. When my husband and I arrived in a cab from the airport Federica was at the curb to greet us. She made us feel extremely welcome. She showed us up to our studio apartment which was large and furnished with everything we needed. It was late in the day... More

“L'Ospite has six apartments -- three one-bedrooms and three studios over three floors. All are spacious with high beamed ceilings, fully equipped kitchenettes and excellent lighting fixtures. There is lots of drawer and closet space. The one-bedrooms face the back and the studios face the street, and all have double-glazed windows.”

“There are two types of rooms, one-bedroom and studios with one of each on three floors. We stayed in Apt. 3 two flights up. The stairs were no problem for even these seniors, as they are not particularly steep and have large landings. All rooms of each type are basically the same: layout, closets, size, but there is more natural light on the upper floors.”
