Detailed Reviews
Excellent stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were a good size and clean. They had a safe in the room and everything worked. We had a wonderful day at the spa. Again, everything was clean and in good condition. The breakfast, included with the room fee, was typical. The scrambled eggs were rubbery but eatable. We did ask for an omelet as well as some sunny side up eggs. They made them, BUT, the omelet was ugly and the sunny side up eggs were broken. We also had dinner one evening and the food was typical hotel food, eatable but nothing to write home about. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The hotel is right next to the airport so a taxi into town costs about 25 to 30 Euros. If you are willing to wait for the bus, it costs just over 1 euro and it takes you into the center of town where you can get a local bus. The bus stop is about is about 1/2 km from the hotel. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport.

The hotel is located very close to the airport and is convenient for those reaching Bari with a flight; for the rest it is objectively located far from the city center.
The property is spread over 7 floors with many rooms and my double room for single use was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is frequented by numerous travelers passing through and, therefore, in the corridors you can hear people passing through until late at night or leaving as early as the early morning.
Furthermore, the rooms are poorly soundproofed and you can hear a lot of noise coming from adjacent or overlying rooms. In short, the quality of sleep is not optimal.
The breakfast is quite abundant and in line with a 4-star hotel.
It is certainly a good solution for those passing through or passing through Bari for work, but I would not recommend it to tourists who want to relax and/or enjoy the city.

If you have an early flight or are late, this is your hotel.
Very modern hotel: clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Very good breakfast (plus there is a machine that makes pancakes at the moment, which I love) and very friendly staff.
The waiters present at the dinner were also very friendly. I have a special diet and at all times, they tried to adapt the menu to my taste.
I tried the SPA: it costs 20€ per person if you are a hotel customer for 80 minutes which is very good. I particularly wanted to thank Silvia from the SPA who was very friendly and attentive to me.
If you want to go to the bari center, the taxi will cost you about 28-30€.
I highly recommend it.
If I don't have to go to the bari center, I will stay at this hotel without a doubt.

I am still a guest of this hotel. Let me start by saying that I have been traveling in hotels of all types and levels for 20 years.
This is a business trip to which I add one night as a private individual.
1. As a private individual, I am asked to pay for the night in advance, I have never seen anything like this;
2. Hot water not working on the first day, can't wash my hair. I ask "everything resolved, we had a blockage in the system";
3. Hot water not working on second day, can't wash my hair. I ask... "the maintenance worker must check" .... Hamlet-like doubt "will I be able to wash my hair this evening after the beach!?";
4. Breakfast: being celiac, to avoid contamination from the distributor which also produced barley I ask for tea from the bar... after a huff from the waiter I get a cup with two fingers of hot water; and the teapot!? Maybe in Bari it's not customary, I don't know... it's not allowed to drink tea with more than two fingers. I add the request for a coffee, the waiter after a few minutes brings a tray with several coffees, mine didn't. I politely remember my coffee and the waiter teasing "that's who I forgot", and the other colleagues laughingly add "forgive him, he just woke up". I pointed out that I had to go to work but the question is: in a hotel of this level is such an attitude in a full room normal?
5. Drying in the room: certainly clean but with blood stains...well considering the level, I don't think it's a nice thing for the customer to use;
6. Parking: lots of signs in the elevators inviting you to park in the internal car park to avoid fines along the road and... however great the tour (I wasn't the only one) like a crazy person I spent 1 hour in the car park desperately looking for a free space. Bad signage so much so that 4 cars found ourselves in a dead-end point, all in reverse... I got in and was told "ma'am we have over 350 external guests between the spa and meetings, parking outside even in the shuttle area. But then why are those signs put up in the elevator? It is not known…
Now I miss the last day/night... let's hope I can shower tonight!

On my birthday I received a voucher for a wellness program for two people at the Essenthia SPA.
Upon arrival we discover that there are no slippers and that we have to wait for them. They had told us at the time of booking, we would have brought them from home, but evidently it was too difficult.
After about 30 minutes of waiting in a bathing suit, we communicate our intention to leave and get dressed. Here magically come the slippers in fabric (not plastic).
In the same period of time we walked between the various stations of the SPA together with 5 other people. The spaces are not adequate and should accommodate a maximum of 3-4 people at a time to avoid, as happened, having to wait for the times of others to access the sauna, Turkish bath, water mattresses ..
In the pool the jacuzzi vents were off and remained off despite reporting it to the receptionist.
Oh, remember the fabric slippers? Obviously after sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, shower there was nothing left but a furry mush 🤦🏻♂️

I had planned on visiting family in December so I made a reservation at this hotel. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency I needed to cancel and tried to get a refund. However, this hotel refused numerous attempts by Expedia on my behalf to receive any funds returned. At first they gave the excuse they needed to find an English speaking employee and then they outright denied my refund.

We had a return flight to Barcelona from Bari in the morning at 09.50 with a 5 year old girl, and it was the best solution. Excellent hotel, new, comfortable, qualified and very kind staff, spacious, quiet room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was assorted and tasty. We also had dinner at the hotel, a grilled octopus that was almost delicious. A fundamental detail is the shuttle transfer that accompanies you to the departures. We will return without a doubt.

Hotel located a stone's throw from Bari airport, being on the outskirts it is very convenient for those traveling by car to other destinations. Very large, rooms in business hotel standard.
I don't know if it was a special day, they were filming a television series, but the reception staff were decidedly unwelcoming, the slightest hint of a smile cost nothing.
I would also like to point out, something that surprised me, breakfast, in terms of variety and quality, decidedly below the normal standards for this type of hotel
On the other hand, the price was more than in line

Good hotel, modern and clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport.
Free shuttle every 20 min. x airport, free covered parking.
The staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee maker and courtesy set in the bathroom.
On the negative side, breakfast quite simple and carpet to be arranged both in some rooms and in the common areas, but overall it is still fine.

Normally I only review extremes. Very good or very disappointing.
We have been coming to this hotel for a few years and this visit was after three years for obvious reasons. The decline was phenomenal not just by way for customer attention but by way of professional service... It started with the barman using his bare fingers to garnish with a lemon slice. Bare hands served the straw as well (apparently nobody had told them about the pandemic). Coffee was cold.
Breakfast was not only disappointingly spartan, they achieved the impossible task of burning scrambled eggs. Charred bits everywhere and the staff were patronisingly detached. A vending machine for pancakes amused. One felt as one should be serving the breakfast staff and not the other way around.
On thr plus side, the reception staff were very accommodating and kind, particularly a young gentleman called Guiseppe. Understandably its an airport hotel but the group is well known elsewhere and enjoys a good name... not for long if the Bari hotel keeps dragging it down!!
