Hotel is located in the old Tarento city on a square and near a lot of goo restaurants. Nice welcome and people is really friendly end helpfull. Rooms are perfect compared to other hotel in Tarento and in Italy as it is recent. Good air conditionning and not noisy as some rooms are n the street side/ Hotel has 2 building on each side of the ssquare and I was located on the buildeing nera the sea where some rooms have a sea view. Breakfest is ok with all waht you need with helpfull people. I would recommend it and I will stay there next time. The only issue can be in a noisy people near your room but hotel si small.
Quite far to get from Brindisi or Bare airport to this town, Taranto. But similiar distance of any major airport to city. Beautiful view from our corner room, overlooking the sea and sunrise every morning! Very clean. Very reasonable priced! Limited rooms so book in advance and safer to arrange for their transport from the airport. Basic breakfast. But the restaurant across the hotel has great food. Fresh, live seafood and catch of the day. Cheap!!
Relatively recent refurbishment of an old building in the oldest part of the town. Excellent staff, nice breakfast room on top floor with a view of the bay. Large room with good facilities (but quite small shower in the room we had, so if you're a 'big' person, you may want to check this before booking)). We had a front room with a view of the bay, over the main entry road to Taranto, so it was very busy during the peak hours, but the sound-proofing in the room was excellent. Close to a number of restaurants, and about 700 metres to the rail station. Free parking around the hotel. A bit of a walk into the 'new' town where the closest car hire place is, but it's a pleasant walk either along the waterfront or through the middle of the old town.
We booked this hotel for a weekend away visiting a friend in Taranto, the hotel was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were polite and went out of there way to be helpful! We had a sea view room overlooking the "Little Sea" it was very comfortable! The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel is centrally located near to the old town. Highly recommended.
The rooms are super clean, the area is in the center of town; "Taranto Vecchio" a historic town.Would definitely stay there again when visiting Taranto. The staff welcomes you every time you enter the foyer and are so eager to help. Bravo!
