We believe it's easy for the proprietor of a successfull B and B to become a bit worn and weary with all the demanding guests the encounter. Not so with Piero at this B and B. He and his staff were always super friendly and greeted us with smiles as if we had given them gifts! The rooms, we stayed... More

I don't understand the bad reviews and the horrific pictures. I booked our stay to this same address via Booking.com and had an amazing experience. The staff was really friendly and helpful, helping us to find a parking slot for our car and waiting extra time when we were late from picking up our keyes. The rooms were beautifully renovated... If your idea of a good hotel is to have a good night sleep, this is no longer the place to stop. It has been a disappointment for us as the last two stops we made here – last year, and the year before - were quite good. But now, be prepared for a sleepless night if you are saddled... More

Would be one star but the people running it tried at least. Room wasn't great with window looking out to a dark, smelly courtyard and a shower built for skinny people only. Would go elsewhere if you can. Breakfast was also not great.

The air con didn't work and the room was very hot. The street outside is very noisy so we could not sleep with the window open. Breakfast was basic and was looking a bit sparse by 9am. Prices were slightly high for a B&B off peak. Staff were friendly enough but would not recommend this B&B as there are better... More

For a short break with friends we booked two rooms. Ours faced onto the road which was a little noisy at times but was a nice room with a high ceiling supported by wooden beams, the en suite had all the bits but the shower was built into an arch so at over 6ft I had no chance! The air... More

It was off season in Sardinia, hotel prices were down, there were cheap flights on Ryanair, and someone was having a birthday - bring on the girls weekend! After a few of us doing some research, we settled on Sa Domu Cheta, a small family run hotel fabulously located in a narrow little street in Cagliari old town. My comfortable... More

What a discovery in this wonderful city! And how I wish to return. The welcoming staff created the first impression but it was Nonna Maria whose presence behind the scenes made this hotel stand out from the rest. Small rooms are usually quite acceptable among seasoned travelers to historic cities, especially when they are sparkling clean as those in Sa... More

Brilliant place just off city centre, just a five minute walk. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Excellent breakfast with home made cakes and pastries baked by Grandma. jams and marmalades also home made. Rooms a little noisy down to laminate flooring I suspect, otherwise excellent.
