I am a study abroad student visiting Catania for two days. Sveva B&B is the best thing my group of three could ever hope for. Literally smack dab in the middle of everything you really want to see with a beautiful balcony AND rooftop terrace on top of that! The castle and museum is right across the street and you...

Despite the unique kindness of the landlord, and the excellent location of the hostel I can only give four stars because of the following. They do not speak any other language except Italian, which sometimes makes things a lot more difficult. It's an overall phenomenon in Sicily, so learn a few phrases before you go there. You can order breakfast...

Clean and quiet but with a really good location. Nicest view from the rooftop and they have adorable cats living there . Great beds and a kitchen, but beware, no pots and pans to cook with. They dont speak much english but are very nice and warm. Breakfast included but very small.

The rooms are big, got one with ensuite and a small balcony for 2. Kitchen is basic and was free to use in june when we visited. Staff dont know english at all. There are also lots and lots of stairs at this b&b. The location and The view from the roof is perfect.

We only spent one night at this place, but staff was helpful and kind. We were recommended a good restaurant, which we really enjoyed. The location was good, walking distance from all the sights. Room was spacious.

I'd give it a solid "fine." For the price of a private room (shared bathroom), I'd say it was well worth it. Pros: -The roof deck was amazing. I barely made it out there, but when I did it was stunningly beautiful. -The wifi was good. -It was basically right next door to an awesome gelato shop. I had to...

Plus: - The place is in the city center, our balcony was opposite of the Ursino castle. - The room was quite big (enough for a couple). - The house has a large roof terrace with an amazing view to Mount Etna and the city. Minus: - The place was very noisy at night because the bar at the corner...
