Overnight in this hotel before flying home . Clean, practical and serviceable but breakfast limited and evening meal very expensive for little choice as they have you as a captive audience. Pool big and clean but few umbrellas to protect from the sun. Shuttle service to the airport Good and staff in reception very helpful.
Disgusting! We walked in to our room and looked into the bathroom to see diarrhoea and faeces on the toilet lid. NEVER again. Also very noisy ! This hotel is the worst place we have ever stayed. The walls are paper thin and we could everything and everyone .
As a world traveler I was astonished to experience such poor customer service response from this hotel management. I have recently booked the hotel for one night via booking and just few minutes after the cancellation deadline, my fight got cancelled. I phone the hotel asking if they could kindly postpone my booking and they asked me to emails the manager who never responded. Of course they have charged my credit card for no show but the worst was al thought they knew I was stranded and arriving the following day at 1:30 am, I never received an answer!
It shouldn’t have come as a surprise, but the room was adequate and the food inedible. They should have paid us to eat in their restaurant, we could have eaten the money and it would have tasted better.
During a visit to sicily we encountered too slow queue s entering and departure. There were not enough places to sit ,people sat on the floor. The queue to weman’s toilet was everlasting while men’s toilet was empty. No real airconditioning. The coffee is terrible and expensive
Good hotel near paid beaches (15 min) also there is near bus stop, but the transport does not work well. Its better to book a moto or car. If you wanna visit center of the catania you can go with taxis (5 euros) or take bus |Alibus 4 euros. Good breakfast and also pool was amazing.
We arrived in catania late and wanted somewhere to stay before carrying on to Palermo the following day. The family room fit all 5 of us. We managed to eat in the restaurant before it closed and the staff were friendly. It’s not a hotel to stop in for more than one night but was exactly what we needed
Shuttle service from airport was good but then when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have a room available, even though we had booked and paid for it several weeks beforehand. It would seem that they preferred to give the rooms to the Giro d’Italia team and crew. We were left standing for at least twenty minutes while they phoned around other hotels trying to find us a room. No real apology or offer of a drink to two weary travellers very late at night. A room was eventually found in this hotel and it was spacious, clean but basic. Breakfast next morning was adequate but no more. Obviously this hotel is very convenient for airport arrivals or departures but, apart from the shuttle drivers who were friendly, the customer service leaves an awful lot to be desired.
Very nice and clean hotel with a refreshing pool - nice staf that speak English. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Shuttle services starting from 4h00. The restaurant at the hotel is high class which offers fresh fish and lobster
Very nice hotel especially if given a room that is colored tan rather than bright blue. Room and bathroom are large. Clean with good sanitary practices. Minimal bathroom supplies, no glassware, no in-room coffee, minimal in-room bar. Airport shuttle is a plus.
