Am I missing something? I don't get how this hotel can be rated as 5 stars hotel. We stayed 1 week in Sicily and this was by far the worse hotel in stayed in. The room was dirty, had a HORRIBLE smell of cigarettes and...More
Myself and my (new!) husband stayed here and we were blown away by every part of the hotel! The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, only to be topped by the AMAZING staff! All the girls on reception were fantastic, super friendly and very helpful....More
We were supposed to stay in another town in Sicily but were unable to at the last minute because of the G7 conference. The negative of the hotel is it's location which is not in a great part of town and which has many planes...More

The hotel posts the travel time, reserve at front desk. I am sorry I do not recall the exact time, but there is a morning shuttle and possibly up to three a day. There is also public bus service, at that time for one euro. It is either B or D that brings you the the bus terminal downtown. If you take the morning shuttle and do not want to wait for the hotels shuttle the bus is handy to meet your tour time needs.
