Great location for many attractions. We were able to walk where we wanted to go. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast strong. Lift. Spa on site. Room large and well appointed. Tables have "leather" tops that look very worn. Hardwood floors. Bathroom large with good shower. Dinner available in the 4th floor bar starting 7pm. Good menu. Above average. Positive...

A bit off the beaten track in an area known as La Kalsa, the oldest district of Palermo. However staff was wonderful and any need was seen to immediately. Close to Piazza Marina where there were several lovely restaurants and a large flea market on Sunday. A long but easy walk to the center of town. Breakfast buffet simple but...

This hotel is very difficult to find and hidden down a dark secluded road that has a strange unsafe feel to it. On arrival the the reception wanted to take passports away for the night and were not particularly friendly, the check in took quite a long time and this was quite unnecessary. The room was large but felt empty...

This is a really comfortable and well organised hotel, in the old town of Palermo less than 20 metres away from the Sea Front of the original port and old Arab and later Spanish battlements/defences. It is situated just opposite the ancient Villa where Tomasi wrote his comprehensive account of the collapse of the old Monarchy and the rise of...

Small, quaint hotel centrally located to a number of sites and restaurants. We had a suite, so I can't rate the regular rooms, but the suite was roomy and comfortable with a sitting room and a large bedroom. Lovely wood floors, well kept, but could use a bit more light in the sitting area where it was difficult to read....

Recommended by a local resident friend and encouraged by Michelin, we stayed here December 23-26 when it wasn't particularly busy and we were given 'best ' rooms on the 3rd floor back, which turned out to be underneath the kitchen and dining room, so woken at 0545 by noise from above (I had seen this in another review and should...

Stayed in the hotel 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. It is just the right size, with friendly staff, good location and a nice spa with a relaxed atmosphere. Af breakfast it offers more choices than the average Italian hotel - the variety of homemade pastries changes daily and the croissants are deliciously fresh and airy. The TV has...

This is a great hotel in the old part of Palermo. Service was excellent, and the location, very near a stop for the free tourist bus, was ideal. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was ample and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Really enjoyed the nearby restaurants...great gelato place within close walking distance. Skip the food at the hotel-- cappuccino out so machine! In Italy! Bit of a walk to city center, no parking. The room is clean but the hotel can be difficult to find if driving. Expect the taxi to the airport to be at least 50 dollars

Great location by the old port in the historic district on a relatively quiet side street. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. Premium room was spacious with a firm bed and pillows to our liking. Nice breakfast area on 4th floor which is also a bar / restaurant in the evening. Rated a 4 star property. Room rates are...
