Francesco was a very warming and kind host. He welcomed me at the door and explained kindly all details and everything about the room. Very cosy, highly cleaned and with all , waters in the fridge, air conditioning and so on. Also there was a view from the balcony looking on to Palermo. Thank you very much

The hotel was nice and clean but due to covid there was no breakfast. He said that this was clear but it wasn't to us. He also said room would not be cleaned unless we specifically asked. This was all due to covid. He knocked 5 euros off the price per person which was appreciated. The place was fine, good location - just realise there is no breakfast. We jokingly called it the 'Bed and Basta' or 'Bed and ...' as it was simply a place to stay the night and not much else. Another thing was we had asked about parking and he said there was a parking garage but when we arrived he said he didn't know if it would even be open. Just a lot of misinformation/miscommunication.

Francesco was so helpful from cafes, dining places, sightseeing in Palermo - very grateful for his help. Rooms are spotless and clean. Great B & B. Breakfast is adequate and always with fresh bread/pastries. We had two nights here and really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. Attico 33 is quite central and within easy walking distance of most attractions. We enjoyed talking to Francesco who is very friendly. We were from New Zealand and enjoyed the difference in culture and the various options for food.

My wife, adult son and I stayed with Francesco for three nights in mid Sept. 2019. Our room was clean and well appointed. Upon our arrival and throughout our visit, Francesco was extremely helpful in giving us advice regarding sites and restaurants. The Sicilian breakfast was quite good: fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, prosciutto, fresh bread and, upon request, cheese. Francesco goes to the market early every morning to pick up breakfast items. Lastly, Attico 33 is well situated: it's in Politeamo, an upscale neighborhood close to excellent restaurants and high end shops and just a 20 minute walk to the old city.

We had a great experience at Attico33 B&B. The rooms are clean, spacious and in a great location near all the downtown sites and activities. The inn keeper is extremely accommodating, helpful, and even helps guide your around the city. Just coordinate ahead of time your check in because it is a B&B

Pros : Upon arriving at our accommodation after 40 minutes car ride (Antonio our driver) we were warmly welcomed by Francesco, our B&B host. He’s a very nice family man with two lovely daughters, Francesca (4 yrs) and Chiara (3+ months) and wife, Rosella. Altogether 6 nights stay - overall pleasant & comfortable. Francesco speaks some English and mostly tried his best to understand our needs. An excellent host, he’s genuinely a very nice person and we get to understand one another with help of the Italian/English (and vice-versa) apps. Our accommodation package includes breakfast as well with very wide selection. He shops each morning. The bread is fresh and seriously fantastic - enjoyed the cheeses and prosciutto. He makes amazing espressos and my favourite latte mochiatto. He went beyond our requests to serve us local fresh fruits. No kettle is available for boiling water for cup of tea. We adapted using the “steam” function of the coffee making machine - just inconvenient and took longer. I would certainly hope Francesco will have a kettle for future guests. Cons: We do experienced Continuous issues with the WIFI. Francesco assured us he has the best WIFI service available. However , the WiFi keeps dropping out of service , which was frustrating and annoying. If you are looking for free WiFi to communicate with friends and family, you will not be happy .

Francesco was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our one night stay at his bed and breakfast great! The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the space itself was clean, comfortable and safe. Francesco was kind to check us in late at night and see us off early in the morning. He also gave us some tips on where to go for some nightlife that night. Thanks for the wonderful job hosting!

We stayed only one night at Francesco's B&B. But that was so great! Our host was very welcoming and helpful ! He gave us good advices for visiting the best places of Palermo, he brought fresh Sicilian specialities for the breakfast, and we had very interesting conversations about Sicilian culture and history. The room was top clean, confortable and fully-furnished, and with a balcony with great view. Thanks for everything Francesco ! Highly recommended. Hope to come again at your place!
