Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room and walkable location. The hotel was ideal for me. It was quite and inviting. The city culture and sights were were enjoyable. The staff arranged for my transportation when needed.
I have travelled all over the word in my 70 years, and this has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Although it only has 9 rooms, it is immaculate, previously a palace. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble and they were all efficient and charming. It must be the best boutique hotel in the whole of Sicily, I only wished I could have stayed longer as there were many restaurants and bars close by that I did not have time to visit. A/c was perfect. Overall was extremely good value for money. Quality of the toiletries in the bathroom were the best. It is a Luxury hotel without the big cost.
We really enjoyed our stay in Palazzo Natoli, the room was lovely, breakfast was perfect but the staff are the best feature here. They were very helpful recommending a trip to Segesta, organising transfers and changing our breakfast order. They were friendly and gave our stay a personal touch.
I was a little worried to book the Garden Apartment since it was located in the next building over, but we ended up loving it! We enjoyed having a kitchen, private outdoor space and the shower is amazing. Every day, someone would bring our breakfast to our room on time with a smile. All around, the service was incredible. The staff arranged travel to/from the airport along with a last-minute transportation request. We felt taken care of the entire time. Staying at the Palazzo Natoli is what made our trip to Palermo so special. You will be in good hands just steps away from Centro Storico.
We arrived in town late on Oct 31st. The town was hopping. We turn the corner to Natoli Boutique and it was quiet, felt safe and they were waiting for us. Our luggage was whisked off to our room while we checked in, ordered our breakfasts. With a map and instructions to a good restaurant we took off to see what all these people were doing. Our room was clean and stunning actually. Staff took excellent care of us with suggestions on cooking classes, places to visit, and helping us out as necessary, friendly, and fun to get to know. Thank-you for keeping us straight!
This hotel is absolutely perfect for a stay in Palermo. Great location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. Very service-oriented staff, and although I don’t know all their names, big recognition to Serena for her communication before and during our stay. We will definitely be back.
My wife & I stayed here 3 nights. This was clearly the nicest hotel room during our trip around Sicily. We stayed in an upper floor with King bed. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and very well staged. The staff was friendly, responsive and professional. Breakfast was very nice, with a broad selection. Location was perfect for an old town experience. The only challege we had was getting there in our rental car, since this is also a restricted zone for autos. If you plan to drive there, listen carefully to the staff's arrival instructions.
We stayed in the garden apartment at Palazzo Natoli in October. My husband and I did not want for anything. The apartment was clean, spacious and we had our own private courtyard (albeit small). Very charming to sip a glass of wine surrounded by plants and trees! Each staff member was gracious, friendly, extremely helpful from responding to emails within hours to ensuring our every need was met. The location is perfect - within steps or a short walk to all major sights and sounds. Breakfast was delicious every morning - we didn't bother to go elsewhere! If you're on the fence, just book. I promise - you won't regret it!! Also, Siriana, Andrea, Nina and all others - THANK YOU for an amazing stay.
We stayed twice at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Sicily. This hotel is an absolute gem. It’s an immaculately renovated aristocratic home in the heart of Palermo’s old town. The staff are amazing. They could not be more helpful fixing us up with transport to and from the airport, restaurant recommendations and reservations and introducing us to the best local guide ever…Enrica Bruno. Everything and everyone was perfect.
This hotel is really a gem, gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Serena was really delightful and helped us with everything during our vacation. She organized for us dinners and tours around the city. Can thoroughly recommend it to other travellers.
