Our family stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Palermo. We liked very much the location, the large room and lobby, and a large, well-functioning fitness center. A few tweaks could make this better. The breakfast had lots of choices but a number of the items,...More
I was very disappointed in the hotel rather dark and gloomy. They say they offer English breakfast they do not. No tea or coffee in the rooms. Very very limited room service Staff tried to be helpful but just not cutting it. Our room overlooked...More

as far as I recall this hotel is inside ZTL so private cars without special permits can not enter the area. If you are renting a car then contact the hotel and they will advise re parking options and permits to enter the area. We parked the rental car outside of ZTL on the street (for free) and then took a taxi to the hotel, we had car for just 2 days in Palermo to do some day trips. The taxi fare was not much more than parking inside ZTL and paying for the permit (daily?) plus for parking itself.
